3/3/16 - Day 10 - weight 182lbs 14.5% BF

- Test E 300mg
- NPP 150mg
- Dbol 10mg
- Proviron 25mg

Notes:
Weight - still stable. Feeling "stuffed" again
Gear: no pip, no bloating
Workout: push Hypertrophy - strength coming back. Feeling good :)
 
3/4/16 - Day 11 - weight unknown

- Dbol 10mg
- Anastrozole .25mg

Notes:

Weight: still bloated. Can't seem to get rid of this intestinal "weight" :p (always happens when I travel :( )

Workout: Push Hypertrophy. Good workout. Strength back :)
Also very intense ski day
 
3/5/16 - Day 12 - weight unknown

- NPP 150mg
- Dbol 10mg

Notes:
Weight - still same issues. :(
Gear: no pip , no issues
Workout: Pull Hypertrophy, morning ski, afternoon light Legs Hypertrophy. Feeling stronger. Could have worked out more! Very pleased :)
 
3/6/16 - Day 13 - last day of unknown weight ;)

- Anastrozole .25mg
- Proviron 25mg

Notes:
Weight - tomorrow I will be able to see the damage I've done during the ski trip . Last night pigged out at Mexican with too many margaritas ...
Gear: nothing to note
Workout: none today. Hangover and catching a plane in a few hours
 
3/7/16 - Day 14 - 185.5lbs 15.1% BF

- NPP 150mg
- Dbol 10mg

Notes:
Weight - capping my cals at 2,500, hoping to lean out a bit but weight stable. Still feeling "full"

Gear: nothing to note

Workout: none today. Meetings :(
 
3/8/16 - Day 15 - 186lbs - 15.2% BF

- Dbol 25mg

Notes:
Weight - finally got rid of the "weight" :p always feeling full although on a 2,500 cal diet 45p/35c/20f
Gear: nothing to note
Workout: again nothing today. Really bothering me. Meetings late then had to go prep bags for early flight.... >:(

Weight - bloated, getting fatter which I don't understand being below 2,500 cals. Hopefully it's mostly water retention

Gear: increased Dbol to 40mg for next 2 weeks

Workout: Legs Hypertrophy and push Hypertrophy . Went ok, was hoping to be a bit stronger...
 
3/10/16 - Day 16 - weight and BF unknown ( away for work purposes)

Notes:
Weight - keeping it within 2,500 cals, still bloated and feeling my fat climbing. Having doubts Thinking I might actually already be big enough without cycle . What will happen when full effects start hitting?
Gear: nothing to note, no Pip. Considering adding var for last 4 weeks cut....
Workout : pull strength. Still not as strong as i thought I'd be. But I'm getting little sleep and I'm stressed out at work so that might be taking a toll
 
3/11/16 - Day 17 - 185.5lbs BF unknown

Notes:
Weight - bloating going down, lost about a pound I'm thinking probably water retention . Will start adding calories now
Gear: minor pip. No big deal
Workout: exhausted from trip. Need to recover. Maybe tomorrow or Sunday
 
3/12/16 - weight 188.8lbs BF?

- Dbol 40mg

Notes:
Weight - although I'm taking in less than maintenance my weight is slowly going up. Haven't been this weight since I was close to 25% body fat and really chubby...
Nervous... Took me so long to lose the weight ...
Gear: nothing to note
Workout: none today either. Still tired . Will kill it tomorrow though !
 
3/13/16 - day 19 - weight 191.8lbs BF 15.9%

- NPP 150mg
- Dbol 40mg
- Test E 300mg
- Priviron 25mg

Notes:
Weight - going up daily, even though I'm keeping my caloric intake below 3,000cals/day
Gear: minor pip. bloating very evident
Workout: Push Strength. Pretty disappointed. Was about 20-25% weaker than usual. Not that it's a huge problem since main goal is Hypertrophy not boosting my ego :) but I would have liked a confirmation of gear effectiveness other than weight going up
 
My experience with dbol was never good. I get extremely bloated to the point my stomach actually hurts like I ate way too much, constantly tired and very lethargic and weak. It's up to you but I would cut the dbol out.

3/14/16 - Day 20 - 187lbs 15.4% BF

- Dbol 40mg
- Anastrozole .25mg

Notes:
Weight - had stomach issues and lost lots of liquids . On the upside no more bloating and now will start adding calories
Gear: feeling nipples tingling
Workout: Pull Strength - still weak. Can't figure out why gear isn't kicking in yet. Too early?
 
3/15/16 - Day 21 - 188.7lbs 15.9% BF

- NPP 150mg
- Dbol 40mg

Notes:
Weight: increased my caloric intake to 2,800-3,000 cals
Gear: what a mess I made with a gusher pouring blood all the way to my ankle, couldn't stop it. Stained shorts, jeans, socks, bath rug.... Most of all still not feeling the "euphoria" or superstrength I was expecting. Should I bump to 900mg/wk?
Workout: Leg Strength. Had to cut it short for a meeting but was pretty happy.
