Mitochondrial Peptide for a mini cut?

I dont know shit about mitochondrial peptides.

Im coming off a bulk and planning a 4 weeks hold and then 6 or so week mini cut.

Will be running 130 mg TRT and 2.5 mg tirz per week with about a 1k calorie defecit. Any reason to add in anything else? Im 44, don't know anything about these peptides, dosages, effectiveness etc. Just want an efficient cut. Thanks.

honestly man at 44 and running a 1k deficit with tirzepatide you are already going to be melting fat like crazy so don't feel like you're missing out on some secret magic by skipping the mitochondrial stuff. things like MOTS-c or SS-31 are super cool for energy and cell health but they can be pricey and honestly a bit overkill for a quick 6 week mini cut.

if you really want to add a "booster" just stick to the basics like cardarine or even just some injectable l-carnitine to help with the fat mobilization. since tirz is going to kill your appetite anyway the biggest challenge at 44 is going to be keeping your strength up while eating like a bird so just make sure you keep the protein high as hell and the intensity up in the gym. save the fancy peptides for when you're deeper into a long haul because for a 6 week smash and grab you've already got the big guns on your side with the glp1 and trt. good luck with the cut brother!

Thanks. I run tirz year round. Ran it at 2.0 on my bulk as it helps me maintain insulin sensitivity. 2.5 starts to hit my appetite so Ive never gone higher but I can usually get in all my protein at this dose.

Thanks for the comments on the rest.
