mod grf 1-29 ipamorelin feedback

Through my years of cycling I've always wondered about hgh and peptides. I have zero experience with peptides but am considering running mod grf 1-29 ipamorelin and keeping a log. I have done some research and found this combo to be very appealing for its fat loss, well being, sleep, and recovery benefits. The one side I have the most questions about is its lean muscle building assistance. Of course it is a totally different ball game than AAS, but can anyone who has run this combo or one similar to it provide feedback on this aspect? My research has lead me to believe 100 mcg of each compound 3x daily is a good starting point. Thanks
 
Hey, im currently on GHRP2 + mod grf first run.. 100mcg of each is right, you can go higher but the effect is diminishing meanings 200mcg of each wont be double the effect.

If your aim is mainly fatloss and you do fasted cardio you might benefit from having a slightly higher dose pre-cardio. i find myself feeling quite tired all the time since being on. and also some water retention which makes it hard to gauge fatloss in the early stages..

Thanks for your feedback. Fat loss is a nice benefit but lower on my list of importance. I'm mostly interested in lean muscle gain and sleep benefits. Any noticeable effects on either?
 
All i notice atm is improved pumps during workouts and sleep is uneffected even tho i feel more tired throughout the day. I believe Ipam effects sleep differently to GHRP2 anyway.
 
It's very similar to HGH effects. As stated already, water retention will be common in the beginning, along with feeling tired a lot. You could either do 100mcg each 3x/day or 100mcg cjc 3x/day and 300mcg/ipamorelin before bed. I went with the higher dosage before bedtime and lower, more frequent doses of mod grf throughout the day
 
I take both Mod GRF 1-29 and Ipamorelin (100mcg each) before bed because the combo really improves my sleep quality. I was originally taking it 2-3x daily, but dropped it down to once just before bed. I'm trying to make it last because I don't want to run out of my sleep elixir anytime soon.

I don't think I've been taking it long enough (or at high enough dose recently) to notice any fat loss, muscle gain, or recovery improvements.

No problem...After reading some of the posts over there, Im seriously thinking about trying the same cycle myself. There's a whole slew of information over there, those guys definitely know what's up that's for sure.

Someone said take mod without taking the ghrp at the same time. DONT DO THAT.

Tbh you will not make any gains with peps unless your over 40, the older you are the more benefits you will notice. You will have improved sleep and body composition IMO

Like @XNooBX said, check out days forum. Srsly

Now if you wants gains... Cjc 1295 with DAC combined with a somatostatin inhibitor will yield best results. But like aas it is meant to be CYCLED. Best luck. I've been on peps for close to a year
