MODS..can we make the the Fruit & Oil threads a sticky!!??

I think both threads by Frosty have GREAT info on 2 topics....use of fruit in a diet and the essential difference between plant oils vs. cod/fish oil. I feel it would be very beneficial for the board. Thanks.

We use stickies sparingly, but what would be even better is a new section for quotable or reference posts. I'll ask admin about it.
