I'm not a new member but it's been a few years since I've been here. I fell back into a dark hole but now I'm seeing the light (trying to anyways). And to go along with all that jazz I had a few surgeries to repair a hernia. Anyways I'm back, not that anyone cares nor should they I'm a nobody around here, and I hope to be helpful to at least one person on here.

I'm also changing my lifting mindset after having those surgeries and will no longer squat or deadlift more than 225. My goals are to be able to rep them out at 100 within the next year and half and then I'll go from there. Thanks for taking the time to read and don't be afraid to reach out to someone if you're "feeling down."
 
Welcome back man not only to meso but to the light. 100reps is some serious cardio lifting I'd be so out of breath. Any stats and cycle history?

Work your way back slowly and you should be able to go heavier again.
