back from mexico......got sick as all hell while there though! i dont know why..i was very careful about not drinking any bad water. oh well....i took an assload of Nytro-Pro 40s with me so I didnt drop much weight. Had a fuckin great time there but definately glad to be back to America.

Hope I didnt miss too much while I was gone- I do have one question. I dont know if its just my computer, but is anyone else haveing problems with cyber-rights.net?! I cannot compose or reply to any emails. I can get them, just cant write back. If anyone has a diagnosis, by all means let me know. Just in case I cant get it working, anyone have a suggestion for a good, free, secure email addy? Thanks bros, hope last week went well for yall. Peace

I just used my cyber yesterday and it worked fine. It was pretty slow on the replying and acted off in that regard

AirBorne, glad to hear you had a good time on your trip. The same thing happened to me when I went to South America. Only drank bottled water, very careful about that. What killed me (and my bro) were the ice cubes.

Bacteria borne viruses, hey bro here in Yaounde Cameroon not the nicest place to visit, Cipro (Antibiotic) kills most bacterial problem so far. I usually stay away from air dried meat products, and drink bottled water. Yes Bob the cubes once thawed will do it bro, had some kind of parisite from Ice Cubes in Kuwait, where the hajii's were getting their bottled water from a cooler, I dip in and scooped out some cubes for my drink and walla, deadly threat ,needle type squirts, took a AntiBiotic horsepill some sort and It went away.
