I have a question about using CJC/IPA, especially around the workouts. I have read a common protocol is to do these before bed due to how they work and the half-life being short. I did this as a 12 week protocol beginning of this year. But I am wondering how you do these as a second dose, around the workout. To take these peptides you need to stop eating about 90 minutes before you dose, and this would imply I would need to workout similarly.
I workout in the mornings, and am starting a bulking phase after being in maintenance for a while. I was hoping to get many of my carbs in around the workout, but I also wanted to take a second dose of CJC/Ipa - eating too close renders the peptides a waste of money. The only way I can think the would work is by working out fasted?
