Hey guys. I know that in order for any type of re-start to stick I wil need to deal with other underlying probems.
THis can include
1. Nutritional deficiencies. Will try to get a nutreval performed and work on what needs correcting.
2. Thyroid. Doc Crisler will obviously have his own methods for going about this but I will need to get ft3 and ft4 up and rt4 way down.
3. gain some farking weight. I need to put on a solid 10-20 pounds over the next half a year to a year. I am hoping the constipation and my lack of apetite is something we can resolve quickly to make this easy/actually enjoyable.
4. remove any underlying stressors. I will relax as much as possible. I haven't run for 2+ years now (but still kept myself in a overtrained state by lifting almost everyday). I have also not lifted a weight in 2+ weeks now and will ask Dr J what I should do regarding exercise.
