Who knows where I can get a decent rate on the cbr 1000...just need the insurance to pick up the bike?

progressive and state farm seem to be the cheapest. SOme people have gotten better rates by getting progressive quotes online. Others get the better rate by calling an agent.

I've tried progressive...$2600 a year!!! I may try state farm...any more ideas?

Get married, that lowered my insurance; but i dont have a bike so dont know about your situation

Grow older and get married. Mine is through Geico cyclegard, I think.

I have my '04 Harley with State Farm, and it's only $400 a year. I also have my truck and home with them, plus my driving record has been clean for the past 11 years, so those factors might be why it's that low.
