Well I decided to get it out. That is why I am here today. 30 mile drive to get here. It is 40-45 degrees out. Drive wasn't too bad. Fingers got a little numb. The wind and clouds kinda suck but being on the bike again was well worth it.

No tickets today?

You should get an honorary membership to the Police Benevolence Assoc, or a bumper sticker that saus "Friend of Law Enforcement"

I wanted to snag my grandpa's sheriff association bumper sticker lol. What I wouldn't do for one of those. I am almost warmed up again and ready to head home. Hopefully wont get pulled over. This is the first winter in the last 12 years that I have had to wait this long to get my bike out. Most winters have that one weekend in Dec. or Jan. that you can ride for a day and normally several days in Feb. Today is borderline on being too cold. The cross winds were rough once i reached 100mph. When I was heading north though it was smooth sailing

Sweet what do you say you want to be my bitch or what?

Couple of minor wrecks when I was drunk. Once I was going to fast and my brakes went out and I went straight through a stop sign and into the bank of a ditch and f'd my knee up. The other time I didn't get hurt. Both of these were on my first bike when I was 18. Honda V45 magna

so you take yours out of storage when it hits 40+? i put mine away at that  , you're more of a man then me my brother!

A lifting partner of mine got a new bike about a month ago, had it for three days I think, took a turn hit some gravel and flew off into a telephone pole. He lost teeth, broke numerous bones and lost a leg. I've always wanted a crotch rocket but fuck those things are dangerous. Always think of your son before you do something you might think is even remotely risky, just my .02. By the way my friend was experienced, just bad luck I guess.

just what we like to hear...

I couldnt hold off any longer. It started up real fast too. Really surprised me due to how cold this winter has been. My hands got a little numb. On my ride home I made really good time lol so the cold didnt set in. The wind beat the shit out of me though. You have to remember 40 degrees feels like 60 right now due to how long it was below zero wind chills here. You literally go out in a tshirt and it feels great. I did a test drive to the gas station to see how much clothes i needed. I wore an old pair of tennies and one had a hole in it. the cold breeze froze my toes lol so I stopped back by my house and put hunting socks on. My neck got a lil cold also but it was fun fun fun

I could've done w/o hearing that. What a sucky deal. I am a big believer in fate. I have done some insanely retarded things on my motorcycles and should've been dead several times so I still drive a lil crazy. Long story short, one night i was really drunk and led cops on a high speed chase. He was chasing me for 10 miles w/o me even knowing he was back there just b/c i always drive fast. 120 seriously feels like 60 to me on my bike. I can cruise with a beer in my hand or hand in my lap and my other hand on the gas at 120. Like i am saying this is retarded but i did it. Anyways, I was going to a party with a chic on back when that cop was chasing me. I slowed down for the party and went right by the driveway. this is when the cop pulled up beside me. Well i slammed on the brakes and whipped a uturn and sped back towards town(10 miles away). AT the end of the chase I went onto a gravel road and lost the cop on a bad corner. He wrecked his car. To this day I dont know how i didnt wreck. I have outrun those mother fuckers so many times and i always said I will die b4 they catch me so I was not stopping for anythign. Completely ignorant I know I know but that night really made me believe in fate. That was almost 10 years ago and I have outrun a few since than but i dont drink and drive on my bike anymore(at least i dont get hammered) and I havent gotten myself in that type of situation since. This was a long answer to your short question but i guess I am saying I dont drink on it much but when I am sober I still love seeing how fast it will go and that wont ever change.

Thick, I think most states have either codified or understood laws about police not participating in high speed chases with bikes. Its simply too dangerous, particularly for the biker.

40 degrees in a t-shirt? thats insane boy!!! I took mine out about x-mas time and it was like 45 or 50 and i was bundled up and still froze my butt off - i guess i'm spoiled from the hot summer night those are the most fun... how hot does get out in them thar woods in the summer thicky boy?

I wasn't driving with a tshirt. I am saying walking around outside in a tshirt feels warm. Windchill was probably in the upper 20's yesterday due to the clouds and it was cold riding. Summer gets hotter than fuck here. The humidity is terrible so it may be 85-90 and feel like 110 degrees. I have gotten out school b/c of cold and heat in the same month before lmao. Pretty crazy louie but it can snow 12 inches this spring and be 70 the next day. BS, the head cop was telling the dude to quit chasing me. Several people I know heard the whole chase over the scanner. The cop never quit and it was blind luck that I never died. I went through some major intersections going 130+ mph. Really f'n retarded of me. Sober I would've just blown him away and got over a hill and hid my bike in the weeds. NOt saying you should run but it is retarded for a cop to do a high speed chase to catch someone for a seat belt or in my case it was for speeding when he met me. I am not proud of putting a lot of others in danger that night either. The cop should of stopped the chase though. Than the stupid fucker wouldnt' have wrecked lmfao. Still cracks me up about that haha. I ended up getting a shitload of tickets out of the deal but never lost my license
