1) increase LBM by 10 lbs

2) increase bench to 250 x8, squat to 350 x8, and deadlift to 350 x8

3) Decrease bf% 1-2%

100mg test prop eod

50 mg anavar ed
Weeks 12-15
20 mg tamoxifen ed

I have received this cycle from naps in exchange for this log. Test/tren is GP mix (250/150), test prop is also GP, and anavar is HCL. I will be updating this log weekly to bi-weekly with my progress and will give full a review of gear around 4-5 weeks in then continue the log out to PCT.

Training is a modified basic powerlifting program. Typically do 4 working sets per large muscle groups split between two exercises then 2-3 working sets for smaller muscle groups with a progressive load program (12RM, 10RM, 8RM then repeat) changing up exercises every few months.

Diet will be average, im looking to put on some mass so I don't plan on being super strict but I will stay away from simple sugars and fats and keep carb intake moderate. Im shooting for 150 g+ protein per day (goal is 180, 150 is minimum).

First pin of 500 mg test/300 mg tren went well this morning. I will be pinning superolateral glutes (VG) until I get close to the prop and will start pinning delts and maybe somewhere else. I'll decide that when I get there. 12 hours later no PIP to speak of. I'll update if that changes.

Today was squat day so i started off easy with 205 x12x2. Somebody was using the leg press machine and I didn't feel like waiting so skipped that today but my legs felt good enough to do at least 1 set. Finished with 2 sets of hamstring curls and 2 sets of calf raises. Legs felt good all day.
 
Pinned another mL on right side. Weight is up to 202. Can't feel much yet, but I do think my recovery time is dropping significantly. I've lifted and either jogged or swam for at least 20 min everyday since Wednesday and I feel I could keep going without a break.

No back pumps to speak of yet, I'll be looking for those these next couple of weeks. Today is chest, shoulders, and tris so it should be a good day in the gym.
 
Hey man, I have searched many times about the VG pin location. I just don't really know exactly where it is haha.

If you could explain or post a pic I would be stoked!!!
 
Its basicaly the side of glute. Youtube search ventrogluteal injection. That should help. But when you go to inject, the way I find it each time is to press into my greater trochanter (top of the femur), then inject about an inch above there.

Watch a couple youtube videos and see if my description helps. If you're still not sure let me know. There's no reason anyone shouldn't be using this spot to inject. :)
 
I'm too much of a pussy for ventro glute LOL... But if I got the nerve should I use 1" or 1.5"? I'm like 14-15% bf

Cycle looks good tho bro! I'm sure naps sent you the 'good' GP shit for your cycle log. I've been bashin em lately but they have some novel products and blends. I'd like to try the TNE/dbol. Good luck
