Muscle Cramping During Gear

Currently on week #4 of D-bols 30mg/ED, Test E 600mg/wk, EQ 400 mg/wk, and Arimidex. During the past two weeks, I have a lot of cramping in my glutes and neck. Tried to play 3-3 basketball last night and was lying in pain on the floor after 5 minutes with severe cramping in the glutes. Any suggestions?

How much water are you drinking, might need to increase your water intake.

Have you been doing any similar cardio to basketball on this cycle or right before the cycle at all? Or any cardio period?. It could be all the excess water weight, not drinking enough water, or your body just not used to doing this type of cardio(if any) especially while gaining lots of weights. It could be any combination of those IMO.

I also get cramps in my neck sometimes just by yawning or moving my head wrong and I've been playing ocassional 3-3 basketball for a while, so I guess the problem is that I need to drink even more water. I come off the D-bols in a few days so maybe that will help. It is interesting that the muscles I use for lifting weights don't have any problems with cramps.

Yea bro, it will prob. get A LOT better when you come off the d bols. And just keep drinking tons of water. At least 1.5 gal/day IMO

At least THAT hasn't happened to me yet. After 5 min of basketball, there were about 20 people standing around me waiting to call an ambulance because I was just moaning in pain. I really didn't feel like telling everyone my ass was cramping up, so I lied and said it was my ankle. :)

When I come off the D-bol this weekend, I hope that my Test E kicks in so I don't start losing some gains while waiting for the Test E.
