Ok this is my first log. Little background on me. Been lifting steady 5 years no breaks. I have done 3 cycles so far. First one test only second test only and third test eq. I eat 7 meals a a day 7 days a week no cheats hardly ever. I've always been very lean. I was 126 pounds 7 years ago. Went through a divorce and the weight room was my way out. I was natural 4 years. Just started cycling last year. I'm 32 and now 200. I have a before and after pic of my transformation I will post. I will try to get bloods. I am running
Test e 500 a week for 12 mon Thursday
Eq 500 a week for 12 mon Thursday
Npp 400 a week for 10. Mon wed fri
All muscle factory gear. I've been on the test and eq almost 2 weeks now just waiting for my npp which Ricky said shipped then it's on.
I will be honest and try to updates as much as I can

I feel you man. Can't even count how many times people ask why you "need" to get bigger.

Thank you but in my eyes I'm still that 125 pound guy I don't feel big but I'm sure we all think that way. Long way to guy

Ok pinned npp yesterday first time no pip. Test is started to kick in. Libido is up,oily skin and acne a little. Here's a current pic sitting at 197ImageUploadedByTapatalk1395515297.697509.jpg

Exactly - I graduated from school 130lbs @5'4" and even though Ive added 50lbs I still see a shrimp sometimes in the mirror, although at other times I see a tiger prawn !! [:o)]
 
I eat 7 meals a day I'm not sure honest. Breakfast alone is 1000. I eat 21 chicken breast a week, 3 a day 3 cups raw oats a day, 1 sweet potato, 1 cup of brown rice, 2 bananas, Greek yogurt. 8 egg whites, wheat English muffin, flax oil, 1 cup cottage cheese,2 cups almond milk, 1 cup skim milk, veggies, waxy maizes, 1 scoop up your mass, 2 scoops whey, 1 scope casein whey, 1 slice of cheese,handful almonds,1 scoop peanut butter. That's about it. It never changes maybe some days more but not often
 
Looks like a solid diet. Very little fat (only good fats). I see why you're cut year round! That takes a lot of discipline ... I commend you for that! Great work!
