Today was heavy leg day brutal as always. I use to workout at my job and until a year ago and they didn't have a squat rack so I just started squatting 9 months ago. I remember 225 was brutal but up to 315x5 lately defiantly up from a few weeks ago. Weight was up a few pounds I've upped my fats a little an extra scoop of peanut butter maybe doing. It's been 3 weeks in with test e and eq and 4 pins in with npp gotta say feeling great
 
Hit shoulders and back today lifts still going up. Vascular like crazy I know that. A little acne on my shoulders which I get on cycles so I don't mind

Try apple cider vinegar on the ziys... been helping me. That and nizoral shampoo- thin coat and leave it on overnight
 
Little delay sorry. Had a sinus infection first time ever wow did it suck ha. Got meds so feeling better plus I got bloods and will post results when I get them. They won't show actual test level just the 1500 higher. I asked my doc for those but he gave me the usual. He knows I take stuff I'm very open with him about everything I put in my body. I want to be safe and healthy but I will post what I have when I get them
 
Im in on this log. Your before and after is crazy bro. I was also the skinny guy till about 20 years old. Trained for 10 years all natural ( unless you count the many bottles of methyl 1 test I took :D) LoL thought that shit was just a supp. Weighed in a wopping 145, now at 195. Only problem I have is everyone always gives all my gains to drug use. Fuck that, I worked my ass off and studied and trained till I pucked many times. I put in many years before I ever pinned shit. Enough of my rant ;) train hard brother. I will be following.

I'm 5' 10" and weigh 174 right now. I started at 120ish when I first started. I've been 196 before but had a high bf%. I cut all that fat off and dropped to 160. At that weight I became very lean and I'm slowly bulking back up to the 190's but with the right diet and will finish with lean muscle. So you see, you are exactly where I want to be... PUNK!!! Lol. J/K.
 
And you will get there trust me. To me breaking 200 is hard I've been 206 but it was lots of water for sure. I don't care water or bloat anymore. But it's hard to gain lean mass. I always say 3-5 real muscle a cycle is where I want to be. My strength was good today to just fatigued from my sinus infection. I have no idea what my body fat is I'd guess under 10 but not too good with that stuff. Been thinking hard on competition next year but not sure
 
Bro you need to get one of those skinny fuckers to get a shot of your back. I wanna see rear double bicep and rear lat spread.
 
If my buddy is there tomorrow I'll ask him he only goes every other weekend because of his kids. I always go by myself so it's kinda but I'll ask if he's there
