(Muscle Factory Labs) Test p / Npp ( Feb 2014)

Test subject: Jruiz. Compounds: 600test p 1-10, 400npp 1-8, 40Tbol 2-8. A.I: anastazole .25 ml eod ( caber on hand). Supplements: whey and cassein protein, coq10 , fiber , tudca , and my fav H20 1 1/2 gl ed. Training strategy: optimization of protein synthesis, capitalize on meal frequency and nutrient timing, and maximum muscle growth ultimately. Stats: 29 yrs old this year / 175 pds / 2 oral cycles, 1 inject cycle under belt / 5ft 6 inch tall / mesomorph body type Goals: increase lifts drastically, hit 195 pds solid muscle(staying modest), and to be the machine that seizes what is rightfully mine !! Jk but really going for a complete transformer mode on this one ! Diet mesomorph bulking: 1.1 g protein per lb of weight= 192.5 grams protein ed / 0.3 g of fat per lb of weight = 52.5 grams of fat ed / carbs to be filled in with rest of calories. Macronutrient sources: protein- lean beef, low fat pork, tuna ,salmon,shrimp, whey, milk protein isolate, and egg whites / carbs- beans( oh ya my Mexican ass loves me some beans) sorry, rice(white and brown) ,pastas, veggies and fruits / fats- primrose oil, nuts, egg yolks, and salmon now I'm currently 8 pins deep on my run unfortunately I just pinned mfl npp yesterday and have been using helix's npp til that point and couldn't really tell much from the npp . Def felt the mfl test p though. Now that I have my npp from mfl the show is on! Tbol I got not too long ago and am surely feeling some good pumps and strenght. First few pins were crippling pip but its starting to wear off as I pin more. I'm am seeing some nice vascular action commensing and the libido is up there. I've had a few bad night sweats already where I wake up soaked in a bath. Here these past few days having trouble sleeping so I know my test is rocketing so that's a good sign . Energy is great and sense of well being is addictive. So far all looks fantastic . Soon as this npp takes over the previous ill be more satisfied. I want to thank the mfl squad for being an actual solid source and here's to happy growing! Bloods will be done at week 6 . I'll try to update as much as I can with training, family, and work I get pretty hinged up. Stay swoll:thumbup:

Subbed!! I will definitely want to keep track of your results. I'm looking to do a Test P 150 EOD and NPP 150 EOD with Dbol as a kickstart @ 25mg/day for 4-6 weeks. Total of a 12-16 week cycle... Will depends on how I am progressing. Was thinking of adding Tbol into my last 6 weeks, so far everything is from MFL. But I'm still looking for a reliable domestic source for Tbol, and HCG

I hope Ricky stocks Tbol too man. Would make it real convenient . The Tbol I'm on I got from a domestic source I use around my ways. I'm feeling it at 40mgs daily split twice . Don't think ill need to raise it to 60 but ill see after this week how I feel. Chose Tbol instead of dbol because I'm more concerned about quality muscle gain versus water retention.
 
Jruiz is this your first run with tbol? If not how does it compare to dbol or adrol in your opinion? I've never ran it but I'm interested in it.
 
I would like to keep my meals longer apart to keep my muscles more sensitive to amino acids but I'm almost certain for me this wont work . Ive had this diet before and I could not gain on this method. I have to eat about every 3 hours to keep from getting hungry. But at the same time I'm still consuming 5 meals a day splitting my protein evenly for each meal. I will also keep most of my carbs during breakfast , pre and post workout to make sure I can use insulin sensitivity best!

These days all in looking for is quality muscle. No more over night muscle any more.
