What muscle groups do you guys combine during your work outs

Chest and calfs
Back
Delts and tri
Legs and calfs
Bicep

Looking for a new routine
Any idea brothers
 
I've was using the duel factor program that's listed in the training forum. But since I hurt my hamstring I went to a 3 day split. Legs/shoulders, back/biceps, chest triceps for a couple weeks until it's fully healed, which it is almost, then I'll probably go back to that program. It's very challenging, but awesome.
 
Current routine is this:

Monday: Off
Tuesday: Squat, close grip bench, overhead press, Romanian deadlift + accessories
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Front squat, bench, dips + accessories
Friday: Off
Saturday: Box squat, incline bench, deadlift + accessories
Sunday: Strongman or bodybuilding day

After next month I'll switch to:

Monday: Off
Tuesday: Squat, bench + accessories
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Deadlift, bench + accessories
Friday: Off
Saturday: Squat, bench + accessories
Sunday: Push press, deadlift + catch up a few weak points
