Muscle tear (pec)

I torn my pec muscle benching and would like some suggestions on weather low dose of superdrol with trt. Would help to speed up the recovery. I have a lot of SD on hand. I know bpc 157 and tb 500 have good results and might be ordering them. But was curious on everyone’s thoughts if SD could be beneficial. Thanks for any advise and suggestions.

I don’t believe the superdrol will help, it may even make things worse. I would give the peptides a try although I never tried them myself, i read about other members good results. I tore my pec about year and half ago, it had more of an impact mentally for me than physically, I lost my feeling of invincibility. I took some time off (3 months) and am back full swing now. I don’t think any steroid will help with injury recovery, especially a “dry” compound. IMG_0653.jpeg

There's no reason that superdrol would help you. Who told you that?

BPC 157 and TB 500 will. Buy it right away.

Get well bud.

Will do I was just checking for information.
Lmao but really, come on superdrol? Where the f did u hear that bs ? U wanna tear it even more?

good luck with the tear man I wish u a speedy recovery. But that’s y since I’m getting older I stretch very lightly, warm up well and don’t get anymore than 2 reps from failure. If u stuck to that avoid orals that make u than u stronger than u really are, you would probably not be tearing shit.

As I stated I am just asking for opinions and advice. I didn’t know if it could be used as a recovery aid in low doses for rebuilding the damaged muscle while following recovery protocols. But per everyone’s input looks like it is a no.

How that happened man

Did you lift more weight than usual or was it just one more day for you? Im scared as hell of pec and bicep tears
Nothing out of the norm did some warmup sets 145x10x1— 225x10x3— 250x8x1– 275x6x1. At 275 3rd rep it came down a little wrong on the right side must have over stretched it at that point.

Pec is good now was just muscle/tendon tear nothing to major. MRI did find a rotator cuff problem small tear at the joint inflaming the bursitis. Doc said to change angel of military press a few degrees (more like an incline press but more up right) to take pressure off the joint. And no straight arm front or side shoulder raises. Does not need surgery right now. Also change deadlifts from straight bar to hexbar/farmer carry bar. To reduce stress on the shoulder joint.

Glad to know you are better.

Not sure what you mean by changing the angle of the military press.
Maybe you mean incline bb chest press, doing it less incline?
I thought military press is like a bb ohp thing, so you are always standing straight up.

As for changing deadlift type, yes, because of the grip, so your shoulders are not internally rotated.

Good luck, hope it heals 100% soon

Thank you . As for the military press doc want me to do it seated with a 5-10 degree angle. To less the pressure on rotating the shoulder to a 0°. Or change from 12 o’clock to more of a 1 o’clock .
