Muscle Weakness

hey i'm basically hunting down weakness i have and have taken care of all i can see right now but this one.......


here is the imbalance i see.... i notice i can bench and shoulder press alot but any excerise that include a motion like a front raise ( close grip bench ... front dumbell raise and even a dumbell curl u use it slightly at the top peak ) it seems like the front delt holds the weight back alot on these excerises..if i close grip i get like nothing out of it for my tri feels all shoulder... the only muscle i can think of in that area is the front delt and the front delt side delt tie in....... so if i had a weak front delt it would def impact shoulder presses but i'm strong on them..... if any1 has any ideas let me know because i'm stumped.........
 
sorry i can't understand that right now .. what are you asking? For a good tri workout .. one that directly hits tris .. :confused: .. Man i am out of it right now. I'm reading too much and thinking of too many other things .. sorry bro
 
only focus on isolation movements and then make sure u do your rear delts when doing shoulders, like for bis preacher culrs and tris dont do close do some skull churshers
