[MuscleFactoryLabs] Sustanon 250 12 Week Cycle

This is my first cycle. I chose Sustanon over other esters/blends because test is test, and sust was a good deal compared to the other esters.

Stats
23 years old 5'7" manlet, 180lbs, ~15% bodyfat.
I've been lifting for about 5 years, pretty consistently for the past 3. I'm not a hulk by any means, but nobody's ever called me small.

Goals
10% bodyfat without losing any of the muscle I have now, so I'm cutting. I'm not a bodybuilder or powerlifter, no plans to compete. I train to challenge and improve myself. I want to run this cycle as safely as possible, in particular without damage to my babymakers, as I do want kids in the future.

Cycle
612.5mg Sustanon 250 (175mg/0.7ml per EOD), Week 1-12
12.5mg Aromasin E4D, Week 1-12
HCG (hasn't arrived yet) 250IU 2x per week, Week x-12
Winstrol is coming in the mail, haven't decided if I want to add it in or not. It's my first cycle, but I understand it's great for cutting. Open to advice/suggestions on this.

I decided on taking aromasin preventatively throughout because I'm a former fatass (35+% bodyfat) and don't want to return to man-tits. Open to suggestions/advice on this though.

Here's a plot.

PCT
Either more Aromasin or Nolva+Clomid combo, haven't decided yet, Week 14-17

My first pin was yesterday, right after I had bloods taken. Blood results aren't in yet, but I'll put them up when they do come in. Also planning on taking 6 week bloods, which I'll also post up for some free MFL credit :D

Thanks guys! Really looking forward to this cycle.

Blood test results came in. I attribute the slightly-high BUN and BUN/creatinine to my high protein diet. A tad disappointed my FSH is on the lower end (I'm the spitting image of my father, and his hairline started receding in his early 20s), but everything else including LH and testosterone looks pretty solidly average.

Nice log you got going on here. I know many people will say test is test, but sust in my opinion needs to be shot a lot more often then most believe. And I like your approach. I've done sust twice first with your approach and then 2x shots a week. And I got my best results with sust eod.

Good luck

Good to hear. Honestly, I'm not a huge fan of sticking needles in myself, but I'm even less of a fan of the idea of my testosterone levels bouncing up and down like Salma Hayek's tits in Desperado (:wank:). And, as I found out today, pinning definitely gives me a mental boost in the gym. At least I think it was mental, as I doubt that my one pin has done anything that would be noticeable in the gym yet.

Second pin today. First pin still has some PIP, probably more from my terrible needle skills than anything else. Second pin was in the quad, pretty sure I went lower than I was supposed to but it was definitely still in the muscle, no PIP yet.

Today is Brodin's holiest of days, leg day. Looking forward to it.

What batch number are u running and is the pip better than the first shot

I believe it's batch number 4382. No, PIP is about the same as the first injection (first was right glute, second was right quad). It's not bad, definitely not more than a minor distraction. Keep in mind this is all virgin muscle - from what I've read, no PIP would be cause to worry, PIP is expected.

Thanks man.

After struggling through leg day yesterday I decided I want to bulk for another 2-3 weeks until my T levels start to get elevated. Can't stand my lifts going down on a cut, so I'm hopeful that high T levels will allow me to at least maintain once I do start to cut.

Random shit I've noticed that may or may not be T-related:

1. I'm sweating a lot more, especially in the gym. Could be that it's actually warmer in there, what with spring and all. Consequently I'm downing a lot more water.
2. I'm only sleeping 8 hours a night. Very unusual for me, typically if I can get 9-10 hours I sleep 9-10 hours. Not so this past week.
3. I'm more energetic/involved with other people. I'm almost positive this is just placebo (though some studies have shown that placebo still has an effect even when you KNOW it's placebo, so really what's the difference? :D).

Every first time AAS user should get baseline labs like Adenverd did! This is invaluable. Adenverd is asking all the right questions.
My thread in the steroid section that I've been updating over the past year or so is a perfect example of why it's imperative to get pre-cycle labs. Trying to play guessing games with post-cycle TT/LH values that jump all over the place is an absolute pain in the ass.

With blood work being so cheap and readily available today there are no legitimate reasons to not obtain pre-cycle/post cycle labs.

I agree with the baseline labs. I would be a little concerned with my test levels if I were him. I'm in my 30's and with 4 tests run my average is higher than him. That was with no gear in 8 years. I think mine is low because i ran cycles at his age with no pct. If I was 23 and had a test level in that range, I'd get my ass to an endo.

I'm within one standard deviation of the mean for my age. Yeah, it bothers me that it's low, but it's not exceptionally low. This is unfounded speculation on my part, but I'd be willing to bet it has something to do with being obese from age 11-19.

Plus, ya know, now that I'm on Sustanon 250, it's not exactly low anymore.

Some people function perfectly fine with 500 test. My base line was a bit over 500. And I've been working out for the past 8 years!

So glute PIP is definitely not as bad as quad PIP. Today I learned...

Going to give delts a try tomorrow with a 23g 1" pin.

Winstrol and a load of other Astro gear should be landing soon, I'm not yet sure if I'll add any of it into this cycle or not. I know the prevailing opinion is to keep your first cycle simple, but damn if it's not tempting. And damn am I not looking forward to going back on a cut.
