My 3rd cycle I know you wanna help me ;) Critique please!

500- mgs of enanthate a wk, wks 1-12
400 mgs of EQ a wk, wks 1-11
40 mgs of d-bol ed, wks 1-5
l-dex or a-dex at .5 mgs ed wks 1-12


Should I add prop to this cycle, how much should I look to gain...I wanna stay cut up...I'm about 10 percent body fat and 185 I wanna be like 200 and a hope my body fat is low...What should my goals be with this cycle?
 
What are you even doing this cycle for if you don't even know what your goals are to begin with? Why would you need to add prop to that? From the questions you're asking, it doesn't look like you're very informed on the topic. No cycle is going to cut you up.....it's DIET and CARDIO!!! There's nothing wrong w/the cycle you've laid out, but if you have no idea why you're doing it, then DON'T!!!!!

In response to the cycle you laid out......it looks good. I wouldn't add prop to that, you have the d-bol kickstarting things.

I'm sure you probably didn't mean to ask what your goals should be. What you probably wanted to ask was what should you expect from the cycle you laid out. Well, that would depend on "your" goals.

Sounds to me like your looking to add 15 lbs or so, and stay cut up. If it were me, I would just bulk up......don't get too hung up on the little extra bodyfat. If your concerned about added bodyfat......you can keep it to somewhat of a minimum with carb cutoffs. No carbs after, say, 6:00 pm or so.

I would also frontload your cycle for the first two weeks at double the test and EQ dose......but that would just be me.

It looks like a great cycle for your 3rd. You might only need to run the dbol for 4 weeks but since you are considering a 12 weeker that should be fine. One thing is that you won't need that much adex. I would only take .5 mgs EOD and not everyday but that's just me. I notice I drop that good water weight way too fast when on a good cycle with that dosing schedule. I only use .25mg EOD and have no problems. I would suggest trying the .5 and back down if you're losing too much water because that will help your gains in the long run my friend.
 
i think you could go ahead and add prop to the cycle, but only at the end 2 weeks when you are waiting on the test and eq to clear. other than that, looks like a pretty solid cycle. yeah, and dont over do it with the adex.
