Hi, I am a 24 year old male, what do you make of these results?

LH 8 U/L (3-20)

FSH 7U/L (3-20)

Oestradiol 90 pmol/L (40-250)

Testosterone 14 nmol/L (10.0-33.0)

Free Testosterone 56 pmol/L (60.0-130.0)

Growth Hormone <0.1 ug/L (<8.0)

IGF-1 (Somatomedin C) 42nmol/L (17-42)

Cortisol 670 nmol/L (160-520)

Let me add that I was on tribulus + zinc in an attempt to boost T levels.

Hi, I'm a complete newbie here, you'll get some awesome feedback from the locals here.

IMHO, for 24 years old, you got pretty low everything that counts (T, free T, LH, FSH, etc) and sky rocket cortisol, so you seem pretty upside down for such a young age. But, I am just learning about this stuff:

I don't have that much to add. You're low, very low. And you've been consistenly low over three months time - persuasive evidence that you are hypogonadal. How do you feel? Any symptoms you think are due to low T?

FSH and LH are low normal, which suggests that you have secondary rather than primary hypogonadism. Secondary means that the problem is with your pituitary gland or your hypothalamus, rather than your testes.

Your cortisol is kind of elevated. I am not really sure what that means, but there is often an inverse relationship between sex hormone levels and cortisol level, so your elevated cortisol isn't much of surprise. Your prolaction is borderline high, probably not significant.

Your next step should be to find a doc who is skilled in HRT, if you don't have one already. You should read all the documents the previous response linked to, and there is also a sticky on how to find a doc that you should read. The more well-informed you are, the better. There are lots of approaches to HRT, each having advantages and disadvantages. A good doc will help you sort out which is best for you.

You shouldn't be surprised if a doc wants to do quite a bit more testing. In someone as young as you, it would be a good idea to find a cause for your low T before jumping into hormone replacement.

Yes, I do have alot of symptoms of low T. Endo wrote a prescription for testosterone for me.

Swale what do you think of these results? Is my GH too low? is IGF-1 too high?

A single GH measurement is of no use whatsoever here. Your IGF-1 looks pretty good.
