My body every time I workout:

how does this work? i thought that myth was busted.
For your legs it's definetely a thing to look out for. If you're going heavy on legs twice a week and throw in too much leg cardio it may hinder hypertrophy because you never recover as well as you would have without. From my own experience I can say this is true for me at least. Also, if you accumulate too much systemic fatigue throughout the week my lifting sessions will suffer, I won't be able to push as hard. My current training schedule puts me on the edge of my personal recoverable volume. I do a lot of stuff and steps in daily life to, wife, kids etc. Not sure if this is true for this guy but he may be overtrained or building too much fatigue.

i do cardio every single day, always after gym. have no problems growing my legs, they grow when you sleep not after your gym session.

you have less output after leg day in your legs ofc, but just keep heart rate good and it dosent hurt in the legs you should be fine even if it sacrifices your heart rate goal.

but maybe just maybe im getting outworked

You probably look like your on TRT doses.. Physique inflation is a bitch..

Are you wanting to up your game or expecting to look anything to write home about on those doses?

If you want to stay on those doses then everything else must be near perfect between training, nutrition and rest.. And I mean near perfect, eating every 2.5-3 hours making sure your getting enough water and electrolytes, timing carbs so as not to flatten out..

Or stop taking the anavar and putting unnecessary strain on the body for no return.. Up test to minimum 400mg a week for 10 weeks, see how you look and go from there..

It completely depends on what your goals are?

Why did my thread suddenly blow up today lol

I am going to cut down to 80kg while I use up the Anavar, I am using Reta for my cut because there’s no real reason not to at this point. I hope the Anavar will let me keep what little muscle I have.

I am down to 88 kg now and my shoulder and quad veins are back but I still don’t have my ab veins yet.

Physique inflation is a bitch, I am looking for something between prime Chris Evans and prime David Laid. This would be 95-100kg at 8-10% at my height.

I just need to get my blood work more healthy somehow to permit higher drug use, maybe it’s time to bite the bullet and go on statins and ARB.

I wonder if it would be possible even to MAINTAIN my goal physique on the current doses even if I can’t get there on them.

Belly size increased while weight went down = I just lost muscle despite protein 200+ grams and training and anabolics. It’s so fucked.

The only way I can ever look half decent is on Tren. My body won’t allow me to go below 15% body fat any more without atrophying all my muscles.

Are you sure you're not having digestive issues? Could the swelling of your abdomen have anything to do with your gut health you think? Do you have a history of gut problems?

Are you using any recreational drugs?

We've repeatedly encouraged him to fix everything else in his life, maybe increase test a bit. But dude just wants permission from us to do more drugs. Bro talking about adding tren now lmao

Anavar does not make for good blood work, lipids wise and eventually liver will take a hit. How about come off anavar for a good 2 months and only do your 140mg test, recover bloods properly, let your body resensitize to AAS, and then up your test to say 500mg and go from there.

It's sad that some people would rather take a bunch of drugs, complain about their physique and not looking like david laid or prime chris evans on an internet forum, and ignore the rest of the problems that plauge their lives.

Come'on people. Get your priorities right.

My life is a paradigm of asceticism, there is literally nothing left within my power to fix. Unless it’s a self-perpetuating and vicious circle of “just have higher dopamine and lower cortisol bro” - but that’s really far out of my control, it will take years to turn my life around to such an extent and achieving an acceptable physique is PART of that process that I’m desperately trying to execute.

The anavar is nearly done anyway so I will be doing this. I won’t use anavar again I think, if it can’t hold my muscle on a cut then what’s the fucking point of it. Test is best and tren is good in very short cycles for some nice photos and that is it for me I think.

No noticeable gut health issues, no recreational drug use. I might go to measuring skinfold rather than circumference just in case. I will give it a couple more weeks before I abort this cut.

At least my strength in workout doesn’t seem to be reducing.

How does that make any sense?

It doesn’t. My body is a traitor.

Dude. I love you, but you are all over the place. I can see that from all the random bits of contradicting input you share. In on thread you are talking about getting noob gains because you've never trained your rear delts before, and in here you are saying your only obstacle to success is not taking enough drugs.....

Stop. Reevaluate EVERYTHING.

When people talk with me about not seeing progress despite thinking and feeling like they are working really hard for it, I give them this perspective:

There are 720 hours in a month
If you are in the gym for 2 hours, 6 days a week, .... thats 48 hours a month.
When you are held up the way you describe right now- it's time to focus on how you are spending the other 672 hours. That is where you will make the most impactful change. Fix the things that aren't conducive to your goals.

1. Get a food scale. Download the app called "MyNetDiary". Make a food PLAN for yourself and stick to it. Weigh everything you eat, log everything you eat, make it 100% accurate

2. If you are just now starting to train rear delts for the first time ever.... you need better programing. NOBODY should be dumping drugs into their body for performance enhancement if they have never even trained rear delts. Get a coach.... post questions in the bodybuilding topic on here, get an app...... whatever you need to do to build a real program, do it..

3. Make the easy things hard. Focus on your movement. Focus on your mind muscle connection. Learn to train in a way that is effective. Don't just do motions. Don't just move the weight. MAKE THE LIGHTEST WEIGHT YOU CAN GET STIMULUS WITH HARD.

4. It sounds like you are over weight, wanting to cut, wanting to add drugs, using Reta for a "cut" but expecting strength gains at the same time that you are in a cut level deficit..... You gotta pick one, and optimize for it. If you want to lose 8kg... then lose it. Create and follow a CUT SPECIFIC program and do it. Then, create a program to grow. Trying to do both ends you up with the exact kind of complaints you are expressing here. You don't need drugs to cut 8kg. Take a break. Get your bloods. Follow your cut program, and plan for your growth cycle. Have everything lined up and ready to fucking hit it.

i didnt start training my ass until like 4 years into lifting because it was so superior to rest of my body.

it was still superior when i decided to train it i just didnt care if people thought i had a manbbl anymore

his reardelts might be the same

As someone deep in the pit of a suboptimal marriage, suboptimal job situation, suboptimal physique, suboptimal orthopedic situation....everything is within your power to fix.

It's fine if you want to vent but fuck, believing you can't "fix" something is the FIRST thing you need to fix.

You can either choose to accept suboptimal circumstances (e.g. I have to work 80+ hours/wk....my choice is to quit my job and start over or accept the ramifications of such a schedule....either way, I AM making that choice).

There is nothing about your life you couldn't change...just gotta evaluate risk:reward and accept you're doing something intentionally.

I dunno...your physique sounds like it blows mine out of the water but I mostly just wanna be reasonably mobile and healthy in my 80s as a health goal... LMFAO.

I agree with others that said "drop the Anavar...." It ain't doing what you want it to do right now.

Even if you frame it as a choice, you are not truly fixing the situation either way.

I should look like David Laid and have a few million net worth but I picked the wrong parents. That is the original wrong choice.

I am just being realistic in saying things take years or decades to achieve and I am in my 30s, I’m literally out of time. Men are supposed to peak in their 30s, but I am horribly average in every aspect despite grinding at everything.

Even being born in the UK I was already chopped from the start, how could I ever compete with Americans who out-earn me by factors of 3, 4 or 5 times for the same job? Even if I moved to America, how could I ever catch up to my same age peers when they already accumulated massive wealth during the time I had to grind experience and quals here in shithole UK?

I feel like you're trolling but if not just stop pitying yourself already.

There are more economically challenging outcomes than being born in the UK my guy.

Your mental health seems off and higher doses could make you feel worse.

Supplementing T3 and T4 seems a more safe bet if you feel that your metabolism is weak.

Seems that fixing thyroid can improve some mental issues also.

I have a feeling though there's a limit on how much you can biohack yourself out of this without a change in mentality.
