My Bulking Cycle

Notice I Very Rarely Come Off Gear. I Am A Competitor So I Mostly Blast And Cruise. Here Is A Bulk Cycle That I Use. Notice The Drugs Are All Good But The FOOD Is What Really Matters. Lots Of Clean Food And AAS Create Monsters.

Test E- 750mg (Pin Mon-Wed-Fri) (Test Always Stays At 750)
EQ- 600mg (Pin Mon-Wed-Fri) (Run Along Side Test For 6 Weeks)
Growth Hormone- 4iu (Everyday Soon As I Wake Up 45 Min Before First Meal)
Insulin- 10iu (Pre Workout) (Humalog Fast Acting) (Advice Never Use Insulin If You Don't Know What The Fuck Your Doing. You Can KILL Yourself With This Shit. Not After The 10th Time But The First Fucking Time You Use It. Dont Be Stupid. Its Not For Beginners Only Serious Experience Users. Many People Have Killed Themselves With This Shit. Don't Be A Moron.)

At The 6 Week Mark Everything Stays The Same But I Switch The EQ To 250mg Of Deca. I Also Switch The Growth Hormone To Peptides GHRP2 (At 200mcg) And CJC No Dac (100mcg) 4 Times A Day.

Also I Am Not Advocating Anyone Use This. Its Just What I Do.

This Combined With Food Consistently Will Make You A Monster.

I Will Post A 16 Week Contest Prep Cutting Cycle Soon. Stay Tuned And Be Safe. Any Questions Ill Answer.

Are you gonna be running this cycle or are giving advice to the community what has worked for you?

You mind posting your stats? Your approach to cycling seems unique.

I Have no clue what my max is on anything because I dont lift for max. I compete in the NPC as a Mens Physique Competitor (And Yes I Have Legs). Offseason Im Usually 190lbs or 200lbs. On stage Im a very big shredded 160lbs (Shredded I look like 185lbs at 160lbs). Right now my competition isn't until August. Roughly about 16 weeks out. I have a pro that trains me. Typically I train pretty light. I focus more on the stretch and squeeze of the muscles. I also train at very high intensity with minimal breaks. 30 second rest between each set and lots of triple drop sets. The goal is just to fill the muscle with blood and get a good pump and you can grow that way with minimal weight. Personally its all about the look for me. I could give a shit if I ever bench 315 etc. Most guys that lift really heavy look like shit. The guy who trains me is a pro and I very rarely see him go over 225-275 on incline bench etc. Its all about feeling the weight.

Anyways if you have any questions regarding the cycle and why I do things the way I do feel free to ask. The food is whats most important as you must have your training and nutrition in check or the drugs dont work in my opinion.

Also I Run This Cycle During The Off Season.

I have a few Q if you don't mind
What is your comp' history? good placings ?
Off season 190lbs-200lbs @ 20%bf if 160lbs is shredded (say 5%)?
Is the guy you train with an IFBB pro? If not what federation ?
Is he your coach too ?
Do you think you need insulin @ your size or is it the look it gives you or coach's orders.
Love too see some pix if possible

Pretty good. I'm attempting to qualify for nationals with my next shoe.
Yes he is IFBB Pro.
Yes he is my coach.
The insulin def helps me put on size. I am attempting to go pro in MPD and to do that I would need to be around 185lbs shredded as opposed to 160lbs shredded. I think this go round I may be 168lbs shredded because I have put on some pounds this offseason. If you want some pictures ill PM you some about 2 weeks out from my comp im still a bit fluffy right now as im 16 weeks out. The reason I have to PM them to you is strictly due to not over exposing myself as I am trying to go pro and do want to get sponsorships and you know how sponsorships and admitting gear usage do not go together.

Goodluck man sounds all very good to me, nationals is a big step in the path. In my opinion most of the ideal bodies are at nationals. I know the IFBB is the top dog, but too extreme in my opinion. Nonetheless have to live the dream and go all the way!
