This is a pcom cycle.
This is my first cycle.
This is a test only cycle.
A little background goes a long way:
Older than 25, been lifting off and on since highschool. After i got serious i have 5 years lifting consistently. This is in addition to all the years inconsistent.
I have my pct before ordering my gear.
Starting weight 254 lbs
I have kept a pretty detailed log up until the last few lifts but i started again. Going to start posting them from before i started including weight and lifts. Some of them are not better than the week before but today I hit squat pr's so i started logging again
