My Dbol Experience So far.

So 6 days ago i started another cycle this time doing Dbol kick start, Test Cyp with Exemestane to help with sides. In the past Ive always been a cautious and some what play it safe user of gear. And its worked in the past using testosterone cypionate alone. Even though i educated myself on the research of dbol and its effects it still made me nervous and excited at the same time. Last Saturday came the day to the start the cycle and i came to the conclusion i would start out small and work my dose up once my body gets used to the compound. Saturday and Sunday i must say was a very tough couple of days immediately i got a rush of side effects that greatly concerned me and scared me at times. I'm not used to me amped up since i do not indulge in stimulants like caffeine so the dbol kinda took me by surprise at 20mg a day. ill also add i had taken 12.5mg both Saturday and Sunday of exemestane. Im thinking the combo might of had something to do with the negative effects i was having at the time. After talking with a few friends who have many years of experience with dbol adviced that 1 i get blood levels checked soon which i will next week and 2 maybe cut down my Ai down to every 3 days vs taken it every day. So now it being almost Friday ive cut down my exemestane usage to every three days and i must say im feeling alot of better and now sleeping like a baby. I lowered my dbol dose to 15mg split 3x a day to keep levels stable and plan to increase back up to 20mg a day by Saturday. My gym workouts are killer i have this ongoing pump that never seems to go away. Its a great feeling. Ive added some natural supplements to help keep my blood pressure down and mood, anxiety calm since i do have anxiety disorder and seems to be working. ill give a break down of what im currently using on this cycle below.

Clean Food - mainly tilapia, rice, flaxseed breakfast lunch and dinner. Whey Protein pre and post workout.

Natural Supplements

Lemon Balm - 1000mg a day
GABA - 1500mg a day
NOW Blood Pressure Support 3 Caps a day
B6 - 100mg a day
Fish Oil - 2000mg a day
Milk Thistle - 900mg day
Zinc - 50mg a day

Gear

Testosterone Cypionate - 300mg a week
Dbol - 15mg week 1 , 20mg week 2 , 25mg week 3, 30mg week 4
Exemestane - 6mg week 1 E3D, 8mg -12.5 Week 2-4 E3D
 
You might like coq10 or ubiquinol for high blood pressure. I took it first time I took tbol and it seemed to help me out.
 
coq10 helps alot for bp. I'd highly recommend it. Also dont know if you are a coffee drinker but laying off the caffeine while you are on cycle can drop your bp 20 points alone.
