Here is an example of my diet. Does it seem to have enough of the essentials for putting on some mass?

Meal 1 - 7:30 AM - omelet, 4 eggs, 1/2 cup fruit, 2 cups milk, 1 cup cranberry juice (Surbeck Center)
Meal 2 - 9:00 AM - protein shake: 1 scoop whey protein, 1 cup oats, 2 cups milk
Meal 3 - 11:30 PM - 4 oz. burger (2), 3 cups rice/pasta, 1 apple, 1 tbsp peanut butter, large salad, 2 cups milk, 1 cup cranberry juice (Surbeck Center)
Meal 4 - 2:00 PM - protein shake: 1 scoop whey protein, 1 cup oats, 2 cups milk
Meal 5 - 4:00 PM (pre-workout) - protein shake: 1 scoop whey protein, 1 scoop SuperPump 250, 1 cup oats, 2 cups milk
Workout - 5:00 PM - lifting routine
Meal 7 - 6:00 PM (post-workout) - protein shake: 1 scoop Surge, 1 tbsp fiber, 6 creatine tablets, 1 multi-vitamin
Meal 8 - 6:30 PM - 6 oz. white meat, 2 cups rice/pasta, 1 banana, large salad, 2 cups milk, 1 cup cranberry juice (Surbeck Center)
Meal 9 - 8:30 PM - 8 oz. steak, 3 cups rice/pasta, 1 cup vegetables
Meal 10 - 11:00 PM - protein shake: 1 scoop whey protein, 1 cups oats, 2 cups milk

Just ignore where is says Surbeck Center, that's just the name of the cafeteria at my college.

Why so much whey? grilled chicken, egg whites(I eat about 9 whites a day), cottage cheese, nuts, tuna, ground turkey...all of these are much better for nutrition and as protein sources.
