My Dieting and WorkOut... HELP!

hey guys.. just wanted to get sum personal opinions on my workout etc and dieting ..

Age: 19
Height: 168.5cm
Weight: 71Kgs
BF: 9.8%

i gues im sorta the sorta type stockie bloke but not to me .. i am quite muscular i still feel i have heaps of fat on me but other people tell me otherwise .. i wanna lose gut not that i have a gut hangin out but fat that area but i can see my abs but i have fat at the bottom of the stomach area just wanna shape up alot more lean mass but solid look bulky but lean .. not long ago i lost alot of fat alot of hard dieting 20/6/05 i was 24.9%BF 86kgs i felt like shit and looked like shit i look so diff now its great but not as satisfied as i could be i been taking Protein Ripped Facotors by horleys thats help not to lose to much muscle and lose da fat and now i take Awesome Whey now and Creatine.. that i just started taking .. well my dieting is pretty much eggs and toast maybe in da morning and protein shake with milk and lunch subway or if at home meat and green veggies and dinna pretty much da same chicken breast green veggies ..i knwo i should be eating more but .. is wat im eating not making me build more muscle is it not enuf carbs or sumthing stopping me to not build muscle easyer now i dont wnan put on weight i guess im real cautions in wat i eat now.. but if it aint working then i gotta change it .. And I only drink water at least 3L + a day easy
i work out 5 times a week everyday weekendssrest...

monday:chest
tues:arms/tric
weds:shoulders/abs
thurs: back
friday:legs/abs

and not in that order just tryin to remmeber wat i do wat day it just
continues .. i feel my strength is lacky sum days i can be strong on bench and sum days im not is it wat im eating .. not enuf of sumthing or i duno so many things go through my head .. should i just be patient and wait.. when u lose alot of fat and then stop and do weights hard out then wnan lose more weight seems so hard.. just wanna lose the little weight i got and bulk up hard muscle and lean mass type thing.. well sorry about this long as post and my spelling i aint the best .. thanks

I'm not sure how much of that I understood. I hope English isn't your first language...

Anway, 3 meals per day isn't enough - you need at least 5, with protein in all of them.

Also, your workout split sucks. Switch to working bodyparts more than once per week; go with the 5x5 or DHFT (stickies at the top of this forum).

You hit triceps 3 days in a row with this workout...not good.

This is what I do right now.

Monday: chest/ triceps
Tuesday: Lats/Biceps
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Legs/ABS
Friday: shoulders + light chest and tri ( low voulme and intensity for chest and tri on this day)
Saturday: Light lats and biceps( low voulme and intensity for lats and biceps on this day)
Sunday: rest.

Why 4 days for upper body and only one for lower? Also, what about the erectors?

I do SLDL on my heavy back day for my low back, I run 3-4x a week so I only hit legs once with the weights.
