hey guys ive been doing a dnp log on a couple of other sites but theres not much traffic on the respective sites so im hoping to get more advice and opinions on this one.il give you guys the low down.
im 5 ft 8 or 9, i started off at 213 lbs ( 23 pounds of which were put on very recently due to bad home circumstances and laziness on my part.
i want to get down to 165-170 lbs, last year i was doing great on an EC stack i got down to 180 and i was so happy but then everything went to shit so im hoping to get back down in weight. ive never taken any AAS im going to start when im much lower in bodyfat.
my diet is currently not set in stone im eating at a caloric deficit. averaging 1500 kcals per day 120-130 g protein and 70-100 carbs. minimal fats.
im very interested in the leangains approach eg intermittent fasting.
i know very little about it atm.
id love if some of you guys could tell me more about it and your experiences.

im currently on my 9th day of DNP (drakes dnp) for the first 7 days i was taking 200 mg and for the last two days ive been on 400.
im coping well, the night sweats suck but im coping okay atm.
at the moment im very frustrated with my weight loss i do cardio twice a week and am at a big caloric deficit and not losing as much as id like.
i weigh myself every morning and here is whats happening.
day 1 =213
day 2 =211.8
day 3 =209.8
day 4 =210
day 5 =208.6
day 6 =209.4
day 7 =208.2
day 8 =207.8
day 9 =208.6
so my weight on day 5 is the same as day 9? how is that possible.
my diets been okay and im getting some cardio in.
i know it could be water bloat but could i really be carrying that much water.?
im really looking forward to getting some freinds on the board and contributing when i can.
