My experience with Retatrutide so far

Hello everyone.
I will report my experience with retatrudide so far. I started on December 31st with a single 3mg injection, and the next day I already felt a significant suppression of appetite. Two days later I experienced severe nausea, belching, and stomach discomfort. The following days continued in this way.

I administered a second 1.5mg injection on Monday, January 5th (thinking that splitting the doses would improve things) and again on Friday, December 9th. Saturday arrived, I ate some oatmeal in the morning, took a nap at lunch, and started feeling very ill, with vomiting, diarrhea, and acute abdominal pain. I ended up in the hospital.

What I want to report is: first, that it really works; second, that you shouldn't start with a relatively high dosage.

Today is Monday the 12th, I feel better, I've been avoiding very fibrous meals. Anyone with experience using Reta, could you give your opinion on what to do with its use? Should I reduce the injection to once a week at 2mg? Should I use 1.5mg every other day for 3 days or twice a week? Should I stop using it temporarily?

I believe that at some point the body will adapt and there's no need to stop, but I wanted a second opinion on what to do from now on, as it was one of the worst experiences of my life. (Everyone knows, men don't usually go to the hospital unless it's something very serious, lol)

Is hard to tell depends on each person, first time I took i did 4mg didn’t feel any discomfort 2nd week I did 10mg all I felt was my heart beating like crazy after few hours but eventually went down to normal , meanwhile I know people that got nausea and food suppression with 2/4mg and we took from same vial , try inject 1mg and see how you feel

That’s a hefty starting dose and also a high increase dose in one week.

No hate, but there is no need to start with a dosage that high. The recommendation is to start at .5mg and titrate up slowly from there, your dosage was way to high and your body can’t handle it. More Reta does not automatically mean more weight loss. It’s still calories in calories out. So find a dose your body can handle and take it slowly and safely. Marathon not a sprint.

I felt .3mg the very next day. So taking something over 1mg is wild lol. But Im currently on 10mg now, gonna keep going up until the sides are not tolerable. Currently at 9mg, I had zero sides. So not expecting anything at 10mg/wk.

What are you looking for. If it's appetite suppressing, you might wanna go with Tirzepatide. It seems to me you need to lower the dosage, unless you are like the subjects of the clinical studies.

With reta, there is so much more to it besides suppressing your appetite. You can take a lower dose of Tirz (and save some money) if it's about that. Then maybe switch over to Reta, once things get worked out.

I legit have no sides at all, I stopped Reta for 1 month and started it again for 2 weeks now, only thing I have is I get full fast but that’s it I am 6mg atm will probably do 1 more week and stop cause I lose weight so fast so I am about to reach my desired weight

I’ve been on Reta since august 25. Started 20mg at 2mg per week and have slowly worked up. I was at 300ilbs when I started and today on my 2nd week @ 12mg per week I am almost to my target weight of 200ilbs. I believed I weighted 230 two weeks ago. I have left my dosage up to the weekly weight loss and appetite curves. In doing so I have yet to have any negative side effects.

Where do you get the recommendations is to start at .5mg ? Thats not the recommended starting dose at all by the pharmaceutical company that made Reta.

Not sure where you are getting your info from, and by all means "no hate" but i would certainly do a little more research. The starting dose is 2mg per week for the first 4. Quite honestly i'm crawling in last place on this slow marathon being I was right at week 16 before my dosage reached the (per called for) 12mg per week. Maybe read things fully before going to corrective measures, Ive ran a snail race and its been quite effective with not 1 side effect. Hit the scales this morning at 212. Listening to my body has paid off, that was all I was trying to share!

agree with this , just listen to your body and not what other people say, if you can tolerate higher doses go for it if not go slowly while ur body gets used to it ,
Also regarding the “ 0.5 mg” dosage I feel like. This is mostly for the soccer moms who never did anything related to sport or physical activity In their life

Couldn’t agree more.
