My Fertility Situation With TRT

going cold turkey is gonna be a rough ride man especially with that eq still floating around in your system for a few weeks. i totally get wanting to stay on a cruise dose so you dont crash and burn mentally but honestly if you want those swimmers back fast the best move is usually to clear the decks completely while you blast that hcg and hmg. at 27 you should bounce back pretty quick once the gear is out of the way but it might take a good 3 to 4 months before the count looks normal again. it sucks to give up the ferrari feeling for a bit but just keep your eyes on the prize and remember its only temporary. stay strong brother you'll be back on the gas before you know it!

This is actually pretty well studied and every indication is that fertility drugs recover you faster. And, in the case of FSH, can improve your fertility beyond your healthy baseline.

I wonder if this is mainly for men who have fertility issues independent of anabolic steroids induced hypogonadism. Any normal male who went thru puberty and eas fertile before ASIH and isn't still battling long estered metabolites from something like a 19nor, should be fertile enough to get a normal fertile female pregnant within 90-120 days.

Clomiphene therapy is another "natural" way to boost one's FSH and fertility as a SERM will not suppress the endocrine system ability to produce LH/FSH but support it.

If someone has a sperm count of zero, nothing can make it happen faster than 90 days anyway.

I don't think that it is directly related to underlying fertility issues (but I'm sure they make it harder for those that have them) but we probably won't ever get quality studies that look at this because of ethical issues. We're only ever going to get AAS studies that rely on incomplete data, usually no testing prior to AAS use, self reporting of dose, duration, and compounds, etc. The only way around that would be to find healthy males with no prior AAS use and purposely shut them down.

As far as shutdown from hcg and/or FSH, I think there's a fundamental difference from what we normally view shutdown as. That's because exogenous hcg stimulates testosterone production and doesn't impact FSH production. It makes the testes work which is very different from AAS induced shutdown which stops or reduces endogenous LH, FSH, and testosterone production.

Other non-TRT or AAS related studies have shown elevated natural LH and FSH production for months after cessation of hcg and FSH treatments. This dovetails with my own anecdotal experience that natural production was back to normal baselines within about a month of stopping hcg.

unreliable home test, but i popped with at least 20million per whatever on the semenalysis test, and my fsh is 0.6, and lh is<0.3

granted i have 3 kids already, first one was conceived in literally 2 shots (long distance relationship) and they're all separated by about 15 months, which puts them all conceived almost immediately after regular breastfeeding stopped. what im trying to say is that i started off weirdly fertile.

but anyways. same stats as you for test. ~200mg/week for about 5 months, my protocol is

500iu hcg MWF
75iu hmg MF
400 glutathione MWF
25mg dhea daily
12mg pregnenolone daily
100mg p5p daily
400iu vitamin e daily

hope this can help in some way. good luck.
