My first brew (test C)

Hello today I finally brewed the gear for my first cycle that will consist of 500mg/w of testosterone, the first 8 weeks will be cypionate then I will finish with 4 weeks of propionate.

I preferred to start small scale to get my feet wet and I decided to take pictures to document the process so that vets can give me their opinion about how I did and if I did well maybe help some other noobs.

So here's how I brewed the 20ml of test c at 18% BB/ 2% BA

So I got a bunch of raws and I stored them in individual vacuum packets each one carefully weighted to prepair 2 or 3 vials, then I've divided these packets into different zip locks for every compound finally I've put the bags in freezer boxes deep down in my freezer this way hormones will last several years

So I took out one packed of test C of 5.25g (or 20ml at 250mg/ml overdosed at 5%)

Then I prepared the other ingredients:

Time to measure out 3.6ml of BB:

After measuring the BB I've put it in a 50ml beaker and I added the hormone powder, when cold the mixture looked like sludge so I've proceded to put the whole thing on my magnetic stirrer.

While the hormone was dissolving I proceded to add a small beker of oil to warm up to make mixing easier

When the hormone was dissolved I proceded to measure 0.4ml of BA

Now adding the BA I've waited till the end to add it as it is more volatile:

After that I pulled the whole mixture in a 60ml syringe:

Then I filled up to a total volume of 20ml with GSO:

Then I've put the solution back in the beaker for the final homogenization.

Then I prepepared a sterile syringe filter and sealed sterile vial

For the filter process I've put on a pair of sterile gloves to ensure maximum sterility

Brew ready to be filtered

Filtering the gear through whatmam sterile 0.2 um pvdf filter, i used a 18g needle on the filter And a short 25g needle to vent the pressure out of the vial. I didn't use a caulk gun and filtering 20ml took me about 20 min, my fingers got a little sore but nothing crazy, if filtering more that that however I can see how a caulk gun or even bottle top filtering can be a good idea.

Nice write up. tossing the idea around of making my own. Ive made oral caps and BA water, this seems like the next logical step. So this caulk gun method, you just put the 60ml syringe in it like a tube of caulk? Brilliant.

From what I've seen yes,but you may need some rubber bands to keep it in place depending on the caulk gun to.

:D It was like 5€ for the 500ml bottle and 20€ for the 5l tank so I said fuck it, but yea it's pretty big and i may end up using some of it as seasoning. :p

Unless that grapeseed extract and vitamin e trick to keep it from going rancid works :D

sorry probs not the comment your wanting but how much was that stirrer? Looks expensive but looks neat as fuck.

Mmm should be somewhere around 1200 if I remember correctly, but I had it already as I'm a chemist and sometimes I fiddle with synthesis and distillations at home too.

Ikas will never fail tho, best stirrer brand they come with lifetime warranty.

Lol never mind I’ll stick with my China £50 one lol

Great thread brother, I really liked the pics with an explanation of each step. Well done! One of these days... im gonna get me some raws and give this a go.

Lol I was looking at it like damn.... That thing is sexy

I use to use a 60 ml syringe to filter but it’s really hard to press. Got some 10 ml syringes way easier. I won’t go back to the bigger one again it’s much easier with the smaller one. You have to keep filling it but that’s not a big deal.. it really speeds things with the 10
Once you go bottle top you'll never go back to syringe filters. Only time I do is if I have left over brew and I cap it in an unsterile vial the .I syringe filter into a sealed sterile vial.

I ended up brewing my prop also and this time I used a caulk gun it was really easy it took me 5 minutes to filter 30ml
