yeah i hear ya guys on the legs. As far as sheer size, i blew away the competition on legs, but as you can see, definition is lacking. Im going to give myself 2 yrs to put some size on and work on my legs before competing again.

nice man, im assuming your make some sick gains!
was 5'11.5" weight was 185! got my waist down to 31 1/2" with a 42" chest. funny thing is the next morning after going out and pigging out, my weight went up to 200 and ive pretty much stayed there. im going to try to stay as lean as i can until my next cycle in january...i need some time to detox.
