Hello, I recently just got back my 7 weeks in Blood Test and thought I'd share it on here to see if anyone could give me some pointers on what to improve and learn from some of the experienced members on here.
INTRO: I've been working out for 3 years already and decided to hop on a few weeks back, I started doing 250 mg E3D which adds up to a bit over 500mg Test Cyp /Week. I'm doing 6IU GH Every night, 12.5mg Aromasin EOD, 1.25mg Finasteride ED and recently added Tamoxifen 20mg to get rid of puffiness in nips.
STATS:
185Lbs
6'1
17-18% BF
LABS:
Now the main issues with these tests are the HDL Cholesterol being low, Hemoglobin and Hematocrit being on the upper level range, and my Estrogen being partially high ( Although not sure if this is an issue since its also helping my cholesterol I believe). If I could get any pointers on if I missed anything, and how to improve these markers that would be greatly appreciated (From what I've found I need to do more cardio and start taking Omega 3s such as Fish oil since my previous dose was 300mg of Fish oil which is almost nothing)
