My first cycle ever Test E + Var

Yo!
I don't have a Coach , but i have a bodybuilder at my gym Who has done alot of shows and he gave me some Tips. Told me 250mg e5d would be enough and he gave me a diet Plan to follow.
(I want to pack on some muscle and cut my bodyfat down)
240 Protein , 160 Carbs , 80 fat , 45 min cardio every Morning. If i dont see any Changes in the mirror After a week i should increase cardio to 60 min and drop 25 carbs.

I mean this is some old school Stuff but it Works for alot of people. Will only consume carbs After cardio (good old oatmeal) and some carbs After lifting weights.


My var is from titan healthcare. Could also be winstrol because my joints and muscles Start to hurt like crazy. Thinking about maybe take a week off from training.

Incline benched 225 lbs today was damn Happy. Tomorrow is my 10th Day so 3rd injection.

My coach has me bulking and building. I just completed my one show per year on the 22nd of the month.
As for my diet I do I am at about 280G Prot/320G Carb/ 50-60G Fat.
Cardio for me is anywhere from 20-30 min a day though as I want to keep the fat off but not burn out my muscle that Im attempting to gain.
In my honest opinion I would give it more then a weeks time being your on a bit more of a cutting diet.
I normally dont start noticing a difference in the mirror for about 3-4 weeks most of the time, but that is also without gear too. With gear it may be different.
 
Yeah how long have you Been working with your Coach?

He Told me if I stick to everything i should see changes every week even if its just a little. I go by the mirror because i will gain some weight during the First cycle (muscle and water). So it could possibly be i dont see the scale moving.

Got an event comming up in 6 weeks. Now i would say i am about ~15% bodyfat and want to got down to 10% in this 6 weeks lol! Will be hard but I give it my all.

Gained some water weight during the First days around 8-10 lbs so i dont look as lean as i was before the Start but hopefully the Start of using AI will get me rid of a Bit water weight.

Still dont know what my "var" is tbh. Dbol or a winny i dont know.. could be winstrol due the joint and muscle pain.
Lets see how it looks After 1 week in this diet starting today, stopped the palumbo diet.

Been with my coach for 2 years now. Coached me through my first to events with no cycle. Second even went on Clen but that doesnt really count in my books.
I agree that you will see small differences each week I just never notice a huge dif till about 3-4 weeks.
