My first cycle

Hi guys,
Trying to do as much right my first time round as I possibly can. I just got my bloods, I'll post them here.

Coming off a pretty aggressive cut (~1100 average for 6 weeks), totally natural, and I was hammering the Pepsi Max to fend off the cravings. I believe the aggressive diet, the overuse of liquids (8l Pepsi some days) to stem the cravings, and some pretty harsh vomiting and diarrhoea due to overeating at Christmas and New Years. is what has led to some of my bloods being off. But feel free to tell me otherwise.

Its probably my diet, the reason for the high SHBG, right? Have definitely been feeling the lack of libido and moodiness. Also, even though my test is on the low end of normal, would the free androgen index being so low, qualify me for legal TRT? Would like a prescription for travel, and if I have to go to a clinic, I want to be sure that if I'm paying through the nose, I'm getting that prescription.

Height: 160cms
Current weight is 60kgs. I was at 57.5kgs Christmas but have honestly been binging since Christmas. Here are my pics:

Starting tomorrow:
The plan is this:
Week 1 - 4: Anavar 20 mg/day (140mg/week)
Week 1 - 16: Testosterone Enanthate 200mg/biweekly (400mg/week)

Diet - 2000kcals daily I think will be a clean bulk for me, to start with anyway, as my weight is low.

I hope to put on 3kgs of muscle in this time - given how little I have currently, this is more than likely just a dream, but a guy can hope!

After this, I will probably move down to a TRT dose, follow up with you guys along the way and get your input on the next moves.


I know I will get a million comments telling me to only do Test and leave out the anavar - and I was tempted to lie and leave out that I will be doing it. But my future bloods will probably let you guys know anyway and I am going to do it. The gains are calling me. I may just be stubborn on this, but I may just learn the hard way. Time will tell.
Future Fertility is important to me, and I got my semen results back today - so I have no regrets or what-ifs. I now know that I am currently fertile. Results posted below:

Should I include HCG or not? In my original post I was told not to. I am not planning in the near future to have children. But in 2 to 3 years. Is there a point in maintaining fertility until then or will I just do some PCT when the time comes.

I have some HGH on the way also, is that too much to add in also, 2ius daily? Is it necessary?, it seems highly recommended by some on here, but let me know if I'm going too wild for my first time round the block. I will be doing the anavar despite the warnings against it, so perhaps HGH is another unnecessary addition?

One thing I would like to note:
I have some gyno naturally already especially in my right pec. So will have to keep an eye on that.

I will be updating once a week or so.

Finally, I am going to record my first ever shot of T, tomorrow. If you guys have some sort of sick interest in that, let me know and I will share haha.

If your already adding in the anavar I dont think the hgh will be too much, especially starting low like 2iu and titrating up. I think you should do the same with test starting at something like 250-300 and titrating up until you get too around 500 or until you start to notice estrogen effects. Would be good to have an ai,tamoxifen or raloxifene on hand as well and something like telmisartan. 16 weeks is good but I would be open to extending it further if everything is going good since you have a lot of room to grow. Baseline bloods are great and I recommend getting more labs about half way through the cycle or sooner if things are feeling off. Also do not be afraid to eat you are in a good place and a very low weight. 2k cals is ok if you want to start there but do not be afraid to up them as the cycle goes on like I said you have a lot of room to grow and 3kgs of muscle is 100% obtainable even more. Whats your training diet and cardio like? Sleep? How long have you been in the gym for? Also im sure you can get a prescrption from a clinic with your current levels they hand them out like candy but I wouldn't use their test for your cycle unless you're ok with overspending a lot

Thank you highly for your input! I will add the HGH in then, once it arrives. I have stocked up and have basically a little of most things, and a lot of test, so the AIs are on hand. I don't want to be caught out waiting for 2 weeks for them to arrive if I have symptoms. Training solidly for about 2 years now, but the aim has been weight loss mainly, not muscle growth. Took me a long time to get my shit together, but I'm proud of how far I've come so far. I attempted to get the TRT script from my GP today but no luck there. Guess I'll just go without. Its not really necessary. Cardio, used to be great, but has been lacking for a few months if Im honest. Diet has only been cutting, with a few slip ups of a few weeks here and there for the last 2 years.
