My first cycle

Second on the Tirz. I don't eat cause I'm hungry personally. I eat because it's on my schedule to hit my macros. Running 2iu HGH daily and 240 test as FYI.
What time of the day do you inject your 2iu of GH? I see some people say do it in the morning fasted when cutting and fasted at night for bulking.
 
Only some small updates this week:
I actually did take an extended 3 day rest period this week. Partly due to some trouble recovering, and partly due to some GI issues I caused by massively overeating - I had 7k calories one day and my GI tract, on tirz, couldnt handle that, had a rough 2 days, wasn't sure if I should be facing the toilet or sitting on it, if you get my drift. The rest did seem to help, though, came back to the gym today stronger than before, legs felt good, getting PB's every week still.

Reconstituted my next GH vial with a new bottle of BAC water, and no sting, so guessing it must have been the BAC. Either way, no sting is a good thing in my book.

So, I'll try and post pics next week, if I can get my eating under control. Seeing muscular gains everywhere, my legs, and my traps especially, but I am gaining a lot of fat, especially around my midsection. I'm also getting bloods done on Wednesday, I suspect my E2 is high, and I might have to preemptively get my hands on some ezetimibe as my cholesterol levels were barely within range natty. Will post when they're in and we can discuss.

Still massively motivated for the gym, but I am missing the Anavar for that extra gym push haha. I will keep away from it for now however. 4 weeks at a time I think is plenty.

I am curious why are you eating so much? 7000 calories is a long stretch away from the 2100 you where targeting? :)

Very good question Dr. The answer is simple. Uncontrolled binge eating, thats not the first day I've eaten that much, I'm averaging 3k calories a day anyway. I'm a former fatty, and I've been on a strict calorie restricted diet for 2 years. Going into a bulk after this has unleashed the beast that is my unrestricted hunger. I know this is not the way, but tell that to me when I see a share bag of chocolates! If theres a deal - Buy 2 for €5 instead of €3 each - I guess I'm having double of whatever that is today. In relation to my diet, I havent had any control since week 2.

Ouch, try to get control back and clean up that diet, I know it might be hard but hopefully the tirzipide may give more support as time goes by.

I inject my GH in the morning and then do all my training fasted, first meal is a post workout shake followed by a decent protein meal an hour later.

I havent noticed any hunger increase from doing it this way :)

Try to make a more generous eating plan if you must then try to stick to that at least. Clean is king here you don't want to end up a fat guy with muscles that would completely make that 2 years of cutting a total waste imo.

You are going to want to keep calories up when you move to the next stage not drop them back down you will lose to much size that way so keeping the gains clean now is vitally important or you going to be yoyo-ing to try and do this right.
