my first cycle and I need help!!!
Well i am a former college athlete that has now had one shoulder completely redone and the other I had the cartlidge fixed. I have been back in the weight roon for almost a month and am starting to see gains but with my shoulders it is going to be a long haul. I had a buddy recommend doing a cycle of equipose to help build mass in that area in order to get back to where i used to be. There was also mention of clenbuterol to help shed the weight that i have put on since i have been out of scool. I am interested in what anyone thinks and would like any sort of feedback or help in achieving this goal. My stats are 28yr 6' 240lbs my body fat is too damn much. Truly have no clue and am scard to even find out. wear a 38 pant so that should say one thing......fat ass. when i played ball in shape 8% bady fat i was in 34's. dumb way to measure but the only way i have.
