my first DNP run,help needed

Hello friends,i have read a lot and now i am going to do my DNP cycle

Plan = 1
200 mg crystal DNP + cardio + ECA + good diet for 25 days

plan 2

200 mg crystal DNP for 4 days
and then 400 mg for next 15 days with a little cardio + good diet

which will work better!!!!!
 
I believe that for every 100mgs of powdered DNP your metabolic rate jumps by 15% and for the crystalline DNP it jumps by 11%. So obviously 400mgs will produce a better weight loss outcome than 200mgs, but then again side effects get worse the more DNP that you ingest.
Some people simply cant even handle 400mgs, so be careful when upping the dose.
Also I didnt see you list EC in plan 2, but I strongly suggest using it to combat lethargy, which is a real killer on DNP.. I would be surprised if you could do cardio on 400mgs, but then again everyone is different.
I did 500mgs of crystal and there was no way I could do cardio, I simply didnt have the energy to do it. Lifting weights was enough of a chore, but I made sure not to skip any workouts.

As you know 200 mg crystal contains 150 mg original DNP,after 5 days at 150 mg DNP,the peak level of DNP in my body will be 150*2.7 = 405 DNP in my system.. so with 20-30 min cardio and 500 calories deflict from diet,i think i can lose 4-5 lbs/week .... my goal is to lose 5 kg of pure fat in 3 weeks.....:tiphat

Im definately no expert when it comes to calculating peak levels of DNP, I do know that it builds up in your system which is why its advisable to take your time upping the dose. I assume that figuring out peak levels has to do with the half life of DNP but no one is really sure what that is. I guess the most common answer you see is 36hrs, but as far as I know that has never been proven.
Using what you plan of action would be 500 cal deficit would be 1lb of fat loss from diet alone.
20-30mins of cardio may burn 150-200 cals per day. So maybe 1400 cals for the week which isnt much and IMO is not worth even doing while on the DNP.

Thanks for the reply ,i guess that 200 mg crystal for 25 days days should burn at least 10-15 lbs of fat with proper low carb diet

hey bro' i am doing elliptical with full resistance at 15 level ... and it says i am burning 150 cal/10 min ... i think its safe to do 60 min cardio on elliptical with such low dnp dose..i drink 100 ml water every 10 min...:tiphat that should burn 1000 calories .. so 1000+500+ lets say 1000 from 200 mg DNP = 2000-2500 ,hence i should burn 3-5 lbs of fat/week.

i will drop the cardio,i will only hit 30-40 mins at low pace and drinking water every ten mins..please comment
 
i plan on using DNP for PCT... wondering if taking creatine along with ec would be good with it?

hey,and if you want to run dnp in pct then you must add peptides,like igf etc to prevent the catabolism
 
How Not to Fuck Up DNP - MesoRx

FIRST GUIDELINE: Dosing. Use ONLY 200mg a day for the first four days. I don't care that you don't "feel" anything yet and you wanna bump it up. DNP accumulates in the body, and not "feeling" something means NOTHING. It's there, and it's working (the effect on metabolism begins within two hours of the first dose!). Four days will let you test your tolerance: do you have an allergy? Does it give you a rash? etc.

Only after those four days do you bump it up, by 200mg a day. The average dose is 400-600/day, and more than that gets a little severe. A full gram is the highest dose I've heard anyone use. I've used that much, and it's hell. I like to stay around 600 a day, which is HOT but safe and effective. Take caps even hours apart through the day, ending about 4-5 PM.

cool def post up ur results! yes along with creatine i plan on using cjc (no dac) along with ipa maybe some igf for pct
