My goals for overall "fitness" how do they rate?

I am formulationg about a 6 month plan to reach some goals, I have attained each seperatley, but never at one time, they are as follows:
-run 2, 7 minute miles on the treadmill (2 miles in 14 mins. -without being absolutely dead)
-Incline BP 315 for 8 reps
-squat 405 for 20 reps with no belt, wraps, etc (not oly,but close)
-have reasonable bodyfat (see an ab or 2) 12% or so

I have ran the above easily but my strength was not there, I have done the above lifts, but I was most likely 15-18% bodyfat. I was able to do the strength PB's without the aid of AS, I will most likely do a cycle after the first of the year, my goal will be to add lean muscle (somewhere between a bulker and a cutting cycle..not sure if a bulk cycle now and a cutter towards the end of the 6 month period may be better).

You might think this is a little odd to have for a goal...maybe it is an early mid life crisis, I will be 35 in July.....

Would you consider someone who could do the above activities; average for someone who has been in and out of the gym since high school?, very rare?, or somewhere in the middle?

405 Olympic squat for 20 is impressive, regardless of size.

315 for 8 on the incline isn't bad either.

Those are good goals. It doesn't really matter where you rank against other people, but if you care, that would put you in a pretty good class.

ps - How much do you weigh?

A fairly soft 220 lbs. I am ony about 5'9 and pretty small boned. I am gussing my bodyfat is about 15-18%. I would like to be about the same weight by the time I hit the big 35..only 10 lbs less fat and 10 lbs more muscle... I have done a couple powermeets in my early 20's at 181lbs and did a local BB show at about the same weight.
