Hi Guys,
I'm new to this site. I joined because I like the threads I read. There is not a lot of BS here. Members hate scammers and so do I. I get a feeling that some of the members here are sincere after reading their posts. .
Looking to get on a cutting cycle. Really looking to get my BF down to at least %8 then bulk up. I know diet and cardio is the key and aas will just amplify it.
My stats are:
Male
33 years old
5"4
190lbs.
About %13BF but not really sure. I'm a 34 inch waist. I'm guessing %13 by comparing myself to pics of what %13 BF looks like. I'm gonna see if I can post a pic here.
Been lifting for 10 years.
Mon- chest and tri's
Tue- hamstring, glutes and calves
Wed- Back and bi's
Thu- shoulder and abs
Fri- quads
Sat and Sun I take off.
I do cardio 5x a week at 45 min slow to moderate incline walk on treadmill on a empty stomach. Try to keep my heart rate at around 130.
I bought cjc1295das and hgh fragment from a online site, I think its all bunk, don't really feel nothing on it. I'm also taking some ostarine and ligandrol that I bought at a local shop in my hometown which seems to be helping with strength a bit however my libido is way down. Having sex 1 time a day with my GF that I'm very attracted too but I was having sex 3 or 4 times a day while I was on. Also I feel like my orgaism is weaker then it was on and before the cycle. Is this from low test ?I'm almost done with pct, have a week to go. Used some liquid nolva from a online supplier which I think is bunk too. I was a 600 a week test cyp cycle for 16 weeks. I tapered off with prop. The gear was good. I bought it from a kid at my gym. Its expensive thought. It cost me $90 a bottle. Need something cheaper. That was my first real cycle. I've done PH's in the past but it not worth the sides.
