Greetings to all,
I've been a lurker of this board for quite sometime, but have finally decided to join.My doctor started me on TRT last month, so I've been trying to learn stuff on the fly from you guys.
I've lifted weights/been active most of my life, but had a wicked injury that put me down for two years. In the duration of my injury, I gained a shit ton of weight and declined health wise. I was cleared by the doctor and have been back to training since October 2016, and have made some weight loss and some strength gains in the gym. I'm mostly doing compound based workouts 4 days a week, and try to do cardio 5 days a week.
