I don't know if it's already been stated, but you're beginning your PCT too soon. I would start it closer to 4 weeks after your last pin.

The 2 week rule for long esters is bullshit bro science.
 
I realized today that my with my strength growing so fast, the amount I'm now able to lift + my age (37 in a few months) its just a matter of time before I injure myself. I dialed it back today, am focusing more on form and focus than trying to push out a ton of weight.
I think at first I may have been intimated by all the guys at the gym whom are bigger than me or same size, or trying to live in the past.. either way I realized my form has been shitty..
did chest today and dropped the weight on everything I had been doing by around 10%. Still got the same pump and fullness with zero joint pain...

It is going to be hard to keep my training style this way, I'm so used to lifting heavy....

Smart way to go for the long term man. I've had chronic shoulder pain for years and had to adapt my training and accept I am getting old (43 next month). I go with the mantra 'mind in the muscle' and make sure I can get the most out of every rep rather than focus on weight. If I am feeling shitty one day I just make sure I keep form even if dropping a few lbs off the bar. Must say though I'm looking forward to seeing how some extra assistance will bring some of my long lost youth back ;)
 
Yeah I get some wrist pain after benching a heavy load some times, probably because I don't have the bar above the wrist enough and put strain on it. I could see how this could lead to a sprain. I think we tend to get reckless when we feel like we can just throw heavy loads around on gear and don't pay attention to practicing good form.

Yeah Im hearing you man. I bought some wrist straps and they have made a huge difference on bench
 
Yeah I see the older guys (older like 40-45) wearing all sorts of wraps and straps, I guess I don't want to admit that I'm getting older, I should probably invest in some wraps..

can you site a study that says test cyp ester takes 4 weeks to clear? I have never heard of 4 weeks bro. I
I have a bunch of prop I may call an audible and finish with prop to start pct a few days after last pin.. is it pretty rough waiting for long esters to clear?
 
Wow, stepped on the scale tonight and weighed in at 215, up 20 lbs from the start of this cycle, I stepped up the deca today from 250 up to 375 for the week and leaving the test at 500..
Anyone have any input on if I were to add dbol back in for the last 2 weeks of the bulk?

Yes, the calculator calls for PCT at 100mg I think.
Dr, Scally thinks it should be lower I believe.
The thing is to get the external test as much out of you system so your body has to produce its own.

On a Test E or Test C cycle I would use Prop for the last 2 weeks then one week rest and start Pct. 21 days from last pin of E or C.
If you are using EQ or Deca look on the calculator for that, Its like 6 weeks.
 
well actually, Im switching out compounds here in a few weeks to tren, mast and prop for the last 8 weeks
 
Ok, added dbol back into my cycle today.. took 30 mg 2 hours before workout.
And will be doing 30mg in the am and 30 before the gym, I'm at 2iu rips per day, and have a good 6 mo's supply, I also I'm prepping myself for the diet change that will happen in a few weeks when I start my cut cycle.
I have never successfully cut, always just bulked up then would take time off from the gym, get a lil fat, or skinny due to deployments or pure laziness.
Should be an interesting transformation if I can have the discipline to stick to diet
 
Hi, thought I would log my cycle, this is my second cycle ever.. the fist one I did was when I was 23, was a short cycle at the time.. 12 weeks long, test 350 a week and deca 250 per week
I got fucking huge off that little cycle. From that small cycle I was able to keep my size and strength with very little maintenance

Amazing results did you even have to run PCT? How were you able to keep your gains so well? Please enlighten, hoping to learn from your experience.

Back then I knew nothing about PCT. I do remember feeling shitty for about a month after cycle but I was so young I bounced back super fast, plus it being a pretty light cycle it wasn't too hard to recover vs if I were to try and do it w/out pct at my age now.
I worked out hardcore for 2 years 5 days a week and brought myself to what I believed my genetic potential was. I then did that cycle and it brought me over that threshold, your "muscle memory" rather the nuclei in your muscle cells will grow beyond what your genetic threshold is.
So anytime I would take a substantial time off from the gym a year or 2 I could come back into the gym and after just a few months get back to where I was with size and strength from the muscle memory I had developed.

The only true way to "keep" your gains is to stay in the gym and stay on the proper nutrients.
 
well, started on ec stack yesterday it makes me extremely tired, I know it doesn't sound right.
today I have a raging headache
I'm not going to continue Ephedra/Caffeine stack.
Stepped up the cardio to 45 min 4 times this week, nothing crazy just HR steady at 130
I have put on alot of weight and fast, not sure how much is muscle and how much is fat. Will post up another pic in 2 weeks, that is all I have left of the deca I think, pretty sure the vial is under filled, because Iv only been doing 1 cc and at 10ml it should last me 10 weeks, it is not going to make it.
Pure Gear is the brand.

I'm definitely much much stronger and endurance is way up from when i started this 5 weeks ago.

warm ups of 30x5 of whatever i'm getting ready to do
then 12-10-8-6-3 moving the weight up so that I'm as close to fail as possible on the last set.

I'm now keeping a calorie log using my fitness pal app on my droid, it helps tremendously.
I realized I'm only getting 3k clean calories per day and some days 2.5k I'm eating non stop i feel like.
My gf/baby momma is a vegan so its hard to get it through her vegan head that I'm a carnivore and trying to put on as much mass as possible right now (she runs the kitchen) if she wasn't so much younger and hotter than me I would trade her in for a master chef

I have changed my cycle up as I threw dbol back at 60mg a day.
I'm dropping the test down to 200 a week and adding tren in starting tomorrow at 50mg ed, dropping the aromasin at that test dose, and keeping the cardio going at 30-45 min a day pre workout.

I don't feel all that great being this heavy. Holding steady at 215.
I'm going to attempt to get around 210 lean, probably end up around 200 though.
 
so... I said fuck it, I'm going to start early and end the deca today, I realize it will take a few weeks for the Deca to clear but I'm ready for the cut portion of this cycle.
Like I mentioned earlier I'm not liking this feeling of being so heavy.

I just put 50mg of tren A into my delt, tomorrow I will do 200 of cyp, and once this vial is gone I will break out the test prop.

OH yeah this is my first time running tren btw

Ok, this morn I added in mast prop at .50 along with my .50 of tren a into the delt
The mast sure made it sting for about 3 hours if I raised my arm up over my head, so I used the pain as adrenaline and killed it at the gym, did back, was doing 5 sets of 10 to fail on 5 diff exercises, did a few sets for bi's then had to head out


In just 3 days of tren A at .50 I have already dried out tremendously from the deca, I look smaller but feel much better
I don't think I will use deca again. Kinda felt shitty on it.

Going to administer 200 mg of peps TNE that I got today just for fun.

Did a bunch of deadlifts then Bi's again lol
