My new meal plan (6 days 7th day is cheat day)

Breakfast (pre work out)
1 cup of cottage cheese
4 slices of rye break w/grape jelly
1 banana

Post Workout snack
1 cup on non instant brown rice w/ mixed frozen veggies
Protein shake

Lunch
Lean ground beef
No yolk pasta w/ broccoli

Snack
Turkey sandwich w/ lettuce, tomato, light mayo and real cheese

Dinner
2 boneless skinless chicken breast or 1lb lean cut steak
baked sweet potatoes or baked baby potatoes with garlic and onion
1 cup of carrots and broccoli baled with potatoes

Snack
1 can low sodium Tuna
Fresh veggies + light dip

Bedtime snack
protein shake


*I cannot eat eggs so this is why egg whites are out of the equation*

*7th day is eat anything day including big breakfast w/ Bacon mmm*

On cycle while eating this : 500mg test enth, 400mg tren enth, 400mg mast enth w/40mg dbol for first 4 weeks (12 weeks total)

1 multi mens vitamin, 3 bobs best corral calcium, 3 omega 3/6, 100 mcg vitamin D,1 zinc 50mg, vitamin b12 sublingual 1200mcg, 2 vitamin b12/b6 pill, 2 ginko biloba, 2 grams milk thistle for liver support
