My (Not So Good) Experience With TMG

DavidZ,

One major benefit of TMG is increasing Glutathione levels in the liver. If the liver was all of a sudden functioning much better, it could be possible that it would start to eliminate Estrogen more efficiently. Is it possible that it may have lowered Estrogen because of better liver function and that is the big difference you felt?
No. As I stated above, the symptoms I noticed were increased, not decreased, E2.

It will be interesting to see what Phil's response is once he starts on TMG and Indolplex again.

So far been one TMG 4 days I was told to take it at bed time I find I sleep OK E2 gets me in the middle of the night. But I wake up feeling like I am on Prozac. Not a feeling of being high but spaced out. So we will see my E2 is <20 on my Test but morning wood is dam good so I am in the zone. I don't have my DHT or Total E's back yet. But it could be that having to take so much Arimidex made my DHT go up. It can be that taking Arimidex brings me down to low for a short time and doing this is driving up my DHT I read about this at this site and asked my Dr. about it and he feels this can be it. In this link and it is about Herbal treatment but has good info in it a must read.

Here is a cut & paste on how to drive up DHT.
" If you really want to know what symptom is caused by DHT then use a high dose of anti-aromatase for about 3 days which will artificially pump up the DHT. If you want to know what E does then use a high dose of anti-DHT without any other supplement for a few days."
