Whatsup everyone , not so new to this site but have never posted and upon learning the new rule with new members ( which I agree with) I think it’s finally time I introduce myself . Former competitor now 33 yr old family man with a bum shoulder , good amount of knowledge with peptides and AAs. Shoulder surgery soon primarily looking for help and suggestions on which supplements can help with a recovery from surgery. God bless
