Jesus christ thats a shocker, i remember getting a floater in my homebrew and buying all new vials and filters and redoing the whole lot.... I wouldnt even risk it with my own stuff let alone some other cunts brew, cant believe ppl have the cheek to sell that

Maybe just a bad batch going around, their customer service is amazing. Very prompt with returning emails and they didn't hesitate to offer a replacement. They would probably switch this one out to if i asked.

Seriously mate, they sent u a replacement that was fucked.. Not good enough... Who the fuck doesnt even have the concentration span to check a fucking vial before its sent and that goes for the first one not the REPLACEMENT...
