Reason I'm posting this, is to get some honest opinions of my supplements. Its time for me to replenish them and I want to know if it is what I need to help my progress.

I drink a whey protein when I wake up.
Pre workout I drink a pump supp.
During workout I drink mix of EAAs & a cyclic dextrin carbs (do I need the carbs?).
Before bed I drink a casein protein.

I also take during the day:
(2) multi vitamins, 6000 iu of fish oil, 100mg Q-10, 5mg Cialis.
At night: 3000 iu vitamin D3, 500mg magnesium, 25 mg zinc.

Any input will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Take the d with a fat meal, it's a fat soluble vitamin. 3,000iu likely is not enough.

In order to advise you on your intra shake, we need your stats, cycle, goals, diet etc
 
Your EAA and carb supps are not really beneficial. If you're getting enough protein there's no need for EAAs and instead of the carb supp you can eat anything with carbs.
 
Like EVOM1 said, you need to post your stats, goals. I.E.-Are you wanting to loose 5 lbs and train for a Marathon or put 15 lb of muscle on the next year?
 
I'm 63 yrs old, 5'11, 173 lbs, 14 - 15% bf
Workout for 3 yrs inconsistently, 5 days with, 1 - 1 1/2 hrs, 6 day cardio (walking).
Last T levels were 7.5 free, 750 serum. Just had another test done yesterday. Doc says T levels are good and won't put me on TRT.
Drink protein whey when wake up and casiene when go to bed.
Been taking 5mg of cialis is every day for the last 2 weeks.
Been keeping my calories around 2000. November I plan on starting a bulking cycle. I would like to gain 10lbs of muscles.
 
63 and looking to gain 10lbs of muscle? I'm assuming your doctor has assured you that you're healthy currently and cleared you to train hard?
 
If possible. Gain what I can. Yes my doctor cleared me. My doc works out at same gym. Year ago I was doing 5Ks.
 
Examples of what I'm doing now. 3 sets x 10 of 200lb squats. 3 x 10 150 lbs bench.
3 x 10 40lbs hammer curls.
