Week 1-10 - Test e/500mg/wk
Week 1-10 - Tren a/75mg/eod then increase
Week 8-12 - winny/50mg/ed

Pct 2-3 weeks after last pin
Clomid 100/100/50/50
nolva at 40/40/20/20

How's that look?
 
I didn't read the first page... I started my cycle at 15% bf and wish I had gotten closer to ten before I started, I definetly will start my next one @12 % or under. Not telling you to postpone, but just my experience

I had a buddy who ran the above cycle, minus the tren, at closer to 19% BF, probably more, as he hadn't trained at all in years, save for the occasional 30 minute workout when he decided he wanted to pop into the local work gym. And he shredded his BF down to <9%. He did dial in his diet, but he also drank, smoked, and did coke.

So, as long as you can dial in your diet and train consistently (I don't advocate any other substance while on AAS, I don't drink, smoke, or do any hard substance while on gear), you can get good results.

It seems like tren is making me so I can't eat as much food . I'm consuming 1000 less calories a day because of tren and the fat is melting off
 
Wish I coulda! Started at 15% and idk if I'm at 13% yet! This is bullshit !! Might lose more body fat cutting than bulking huh? Or maybe I should just add that raw ass yola to my supplement list :D
 
LOL yeah, you aren't going to loss body fat bulking, infact if your in a caloric surplus (bulking), you will put on fat, this is the good sign that your in caloric surplus (provided your food sources are clean). This is the problem I'm running into now, I'm bulking this year, and I've put on an inch on my gut in 7 mo's. No love handles, just right at the gut. But I've also put on 25 lbs so far this year, and I'm 1/3 into my cycle (I train off cycle as well). My calories are way up though, 3800-4300 a day when I'm normally 2300-2500. I train 6 days on, 1 day off 2+ hours a day, regardless of cycle, whether I'm bulking or cutting. I do switch from HIIT (cutting) to high volume (bulking) though. This is my first year doing high volume training, and I'm very pleased with the results so far, I've really been able to do a lot of work to my chest that I wasn't able to get in HIIT.

I'm excited to see blazing and the OP results, as I'll be running tren in next years cycle when I switch to a cutting year.
 
Some ppl say fat loss and muscle gain is possible simultaneously on AAS, wat do you think? I've definetly gotten leaner but I'm up 20lbs.
 
I've seen it happen with tren cycles.
But for my bulking cycles I run dbol, which makes me eat like a horse, so I put on a little bit of fat. I would also probably not put on fat if I did cardio, but since it's summer here, and really hot, I just can't find the motivation to do cardio. I already spend 2-2.8 hours in the gym lifting daily and 6 hours in the sun 5-6 days a week, so I'm spent usually.

But looking strictly at numbers:

5'9
162lbs
19% bf

This means you're leaning towards the fat side of things and have only 131 lbs of lean mass - at 5'9". But you this is your fourth cycle with some very strong compounds.

Again - not trying to insult you - this is me saying these numbers objectively don't reflect a good effort in diet or training. Adding more drugs is not the answer here, you'd benefit from re-evaluating all the other aspects that play into fitness
 
What were you prior to your first cycle then if this is your fourth? Did you take extended time off between cycles? Just trying to see what you kept from your cycles?
 
We'll my research over the past couple months suggests I should let the test e run its course a bit before starting tren.but others say start right away and end before the test stops. Any other suggestions?
Ive only dealt with tren e...not for me but hooked my buddy up on his cyle and he ran from week 2... and it turned a slim jim into a pool pimp. But, EVERYBODY is different when it comes to cycles man. I say blast it all and ill report the pros and cons afterwards. ... but thats just being a little balls t o the walls

No insult taken at all. I appreciate thr concern. As you can see from my avi I' don't look that bad. Diet is actually really good. But here is the kicker. .. I like to party haha which means I drink a lot. <not smoke or do any drugs> I know this will hinder me. That's why when I do start as I stated before I will dial everything else in.to make sure I get optimal results

First cycle was is in 2009 and was just Test.
2, 3 and 4th were a mix of test, decca and dbol. I had great gains will all. But then life happened and I stopped training all together.

But been back at it for a couple years now and my wife is on board so that's good news for me =)

First pin today of tren a 75mg.
Was a little nervous with the process since it's been a few years. But back loading made the pin like butter. Really no pip but my delt is sore. But I think it's cos I had my arm up a bit instead of relaxed.

Well here we go. I'll update as I progress
