My thoughts on tb500 and bpc157 so far

I've been on both for ~ 2.5 weeks now. Main reason for getting on was to try to heal up an upper arm/shoulder injury, and second was to see if it'd help the tendonitis I have in my left elbow.

Tb500 2mg 2x/week tues/fri injected sub-q, rotating inject sites.
bpc157 ~200mcg/day injected sub-q in the upper outer arm (triceps area) and IM in delt.

1: arm/shoulder injury. This is healing quite well, I'd say I am at about 75% and improving every week. Unfortunately,I am not sure if it is the peptide or just my body healing on it's own.

2: elbow tendonitis. I am sad to say that there has been little improvement here. I was taking motrin to help manage this before I started the peptides. I stopped taking this when I started the peps because I didn't want to taint the results. So far, I'd say that motrin was doing just as good of a job as the tb500 as far as the tendonitis is concerned.

Take this as you will. Just reporting my results after a couple of weeks. I have 7 more 2mg vials of tb500 and will be doing another 2.5 weeks @ 2mg 2x/week and then 2mg 1x/week for 2 weeks until it is gone. I have ~2 more weeks of bpc157 left at my current dose as well.

I will bump this at the end and hopefully have better results.

i was on BPC for about 3-4 weeks for a shoulder injury( ro-cuff or labrum) at 300 mcg/day. The days i shot i could feel a lot of relief, went on vacay and forgot to bring it with me,pain back bad. just went to doc today and got mri, results tomorrow or monday

it was either bunk, not worth a shit, or my shoulder is f'd up

in for results.
thinking of going with the mod GRF(1-29)/GHRP-2 stack and some TB-500/BPC157 to try to heal my shoulder myself.

I am done w/ bpc157, took my last shot on sunday. Difficult to say if it had a significant impact on my healing or not. I am back to normal in a little over a months time. I could have probably pushed it a little harder and been back sooner but I would rather make sure I'm totally healed.

TB500, I still have 3 2mg vials left. Was going to do 4mg/week (tues/fri) then go on the a small maintenance dose, but I'm just going to pin 2mg e3.5d until it's gone. I started this mainly to address some elbow tendonitis. I stopped taking all otc pain relievers when I started the tb500 to gauge its effectiveness. I am 4 weeks in and have noticed very little to no relief from the tendonitis (nothing that motrin couldn't / wasn't doing already.)

Maybe my tb500 was bunk, maybe I didn't take a high enough dose, or maybe I don't respond. Either way, I don't think I'll be trying it again. BPC157, even though I don't have concrete evidence that it helped the healing process, in my mind, I think it helped a little. If I get hurt again, I will give it another go.

Don't look for quick results with tb. I assure you it is great stuff and works, but noticeable results are long term yet lasting. The studies are absolutely correct, however, you gotta give it months to really notice depending on how in touch one is to their body. After 150mg along with couple other peps, i still notice things even though improvement is beginning to taper. I have been off of it all since end October but I ran it for about 3-4 months I guess. Didn't keep track as well I should've because the injections became part of daily routine. Point is, most good things come with time.
