Who says it does anything FOR TRT specifically? It’s prescribed along side TRT by docs.

My throat is sore and scratchy after just 10 days on 5mg of var. Is this just a side effect or should I be worried about virilization and my voice changing? So far voice is ok. Just a bit hoarse as expected with a sore throat

Virilization almost always involves the use of high dosage/potency agents for MONTHS .....

My question is,why is it prescribed along side trt. What is the medical treatment the doc is trying to achieve with it? and how much and how long is it prescribed?
